«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Vz.ru-ն իր «Փորձագետ. Սկսվում է Հայաստանի և Եվրոպայի մերձեցման նոր փուլը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Մոսկվայի և Երևանի տասնամյակների համագործակցության ընթացքում բազմաթիվ հակասություններ են կուտակվել։ Հիմա այս տարաձայնությունները սրվել են, Հայաստանը աստիճանաբար սկսում է թեքվել դեպի եվրաինտեգրում։ Այդ մասին vz.ru թերթին ասել է Ռուսաստանի պետական հումանիտար համալսարանի արտաքին տարածաշրջանային հետազոտությունների և արտաքին քաղաքականության ամբիոնի դոցենտ, քաղաքագետ Վադիմ Տրուխաչովը։ Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել էր Միջազգային Քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի կանոնադրությանը միանալու Երևանի որոշման անընդունելիության մասին։
«Երևանը Մոսկվայից հեռացնելու գործընթացը վաղուց է սկսվել։ Հայաստանն ակնհայտորեն մտադիր է շարժվել դեպի Արևմուտք, և Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու որոշումը դրա հստակ հաստատումն է։ Տասնամյակների ընթացքում բավականին սերտ հարաբերությունների ընթացքում երկու կողմերն էլ բազմաթիվ հարցեր են կուտակել միմյանց հանդեպ։ Գագաթնակետը Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմն էր, որում Հայաստանը հույսը դրեց Ռուսաստանի անվերապահ աջակցության վրա»,- ասել է Վադիմ Տրուխաչովը: «Երևանում միամտորեն հավատում են, որ արևմտյան երկրները կկարողանան լուծել տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության խնդիրները։ Այդ առումով սկսվում է Եվրոպայի հետ մերձեցման նոր փուլ։ Այսպիսով, քաղաքական լարվածությունն արդեն մեծանում է, և գործընթացը շարունակվելու է»,- նշել է զրուցակիցը։
«Հայաստանի նման պահվածքի մեկ այլ պատճառն էլ սոցիալական է։ Քաղաքական գործիչների սերունդները փոխվում են, և շատերի համար ընդհանուր խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանը մնում է անցած պատմական փուլ: Երևանում Ռուսաստանը ընկալվում է որպես օտար պետություն, որի հետ պետք է շփվել միայն պրագմատիկ շահերից ելնելով։ Եվ այս առումով երկրների «ամուսնալուծությունը» դառնում է անխուսափելի»,- ընդգծել է Տրուխաչովը։
«Իհարկե, Մոսկվան չի անտեսի նման որոշումը։ Ռուսաստանը կարող է վերանայել իր միգրացիոն քաղաքականությունը այդ կովկասյան հանրապետության նկատմամբ, քանի որ այդ երկրի բավականին շատ քաղաքացիներ դեռ գալիս են մեզ մոտ աշխատելու։ Մեր արձագանքի մեկ այլ ուղղություն կարող է լինել դեպի Հայաստան ներդրումային հոսքերի կրճատումը»,- ամփոփել է Տրուխաչովը։
