«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Չէ՛, հումոր չկա, ամենայն լրջությամբ, պարոնա՛յք, իրոք Հայաստան «ռևիզոր» է գալու: Այն էլ՝ ոչ թե ինչ-որ մի կորած-մոլորած, այլ եվրո՛-ռևիզոր: Նա առայժմ Միջին Ասիայի երկրներում է շրջում, բայց ասել է, որ Երևան էլ է մտադիր այցելել: Համենայն դեպս, պատժամիջոցների հարցով Եվրամիության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Դևիդ Օ'Սալիվանը Բիշքեկում բրիֆինգ է ունեցել և խոսել իր առաքելության մասին: Եթե խիստ կարճ, ապա ԵՄ այդ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի առաքելությունն այն է, որ կասկածելի երկրներում տեսնի՝ արդյոք պահպանո՞ւմ են Ռուսաստանին տնտեսապես չոքացնելու համար իրենց սահմանած պատժամիջոցները, թե՞ հակառակը՝ Ռուսաստանին օգնում են շրջանցել այդ պատժամիջոցները և դիմադրել, այլ ոչ թե գետնատարած փռվել ու հանձնվել Արևմուտքի «քաղաքակիրթ» ողորմածությանը:
Հասկանալի է, իհարկե, որ Օ'Սալիվանը նախատեսում է այցելել նաև Հայաստան: Դրա համար ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը պատճառներ ունի. նախ՝ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ ԵԱՏ միության մեջ է, երկրորդ՝ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի խոշոր առևտրատնտեսական գործընկերներից մեկն է: Թեպետ ուղիղ խոսքով նման բան չի ասվում, բայց հասկանալի է, որ ԵՄ-ի հետապնդած խնդիրը Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր բոլոր «օդերը փակելն» է: Եվ «ռևիզոր»- հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն էլ խնդիր ունի հետևել, թե որ երկրներն ու ինչպես են շրջանցում այդ նպատակին ուղղված իրենց սահմանած պատժամիջոցները:
Թե, ասենք, Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանի կամ, օրինակ՝ Ղրղըզստանի տնտեսական կապերի խաթարումն ինչպե՞ս կանդրադառնա տվյալ երկրների տնտեսությունների ու ժողովուրդների սոցիալական վիճակի վրա, դա ԵՄ-ին ընդհանրապես չի հետաքրքրում: Ճիշտ է, կարծես դեռ մոտ մեկ ամիս (գուցե՝ ավելի) կա, մինչ «ռևիզորը» հասնի Հայաստան, բայց հետաքրքիր կլինի տեսնել, թե օրվա իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն ինչպես են զգաստ կանգնած հաշվետու լինում ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչին: Ու ի՞նչ են զեկուցելու...
