Արթիկի ՔՊ-ական համայնքապետ Անանիկ Ոսկանյանի ուշագրավ գնումները

Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 20-ին Արթիկ խոշորացված համայնքի ավագանու անդրանիկ նիստն էր, որի ընթացքում ընտրեցին քաղաքապետին։ Առաջադրվել էր 2 թեկնածու՝ ՔՊ-ի կողմից Անանիկ Ոսկանյանը և «Միասնական Արթիկ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի կողմից՝ Մխիթար Վարագյանը։  Ձայների գերակշիռ մասը՝ 18 ձայն, ստացավ ՔՊ-ից ընտրված Անանիկ Ոսկանյանը, իսկ Մխիթար Վարագյանի օգտին քվեարկեց 6 հոգի։ Նշենք, որ Անանիկ Ոսկանյանին քաղաքապետ դառնալու համար հարկավոր էր ընդամենը 14 ձայն, սակայն նա հավաքեց 4 ձայն ավելի, որից 11-ը իր կուսակցությունն էր ապահովել` ՔՊ-ն, 3 ձայն` կոալիցիա կազմելու արդյունքում ստացավ «Ազատական» կուսակցությունից, իսկ 4 ձայն էլ ապահովեց Արսեն Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած «Հանուն Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարության պաշտպանների դաշինք» կուսակցությունը։

Ընտրվելուց հետո համայնքապետը պետք է որ լծվեր համայնքի շենացմանը, սակայն, Արթիկի համայնքապետարանի պաշտոնական կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Ոսկանյանը մեղմ ասած պարապուրդի է մատնված: Այսպես օրինակ՝ համայնքում անց է կացվել մարզպետին առընթեր երիտասարդական խորհդրի մրցույթ, անցկացվել են հանդիպումներ վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների հետ, Արթիկի ՀՈԱԿ-րը մասնակցել են համապետական մրցույթին, համայնքապետը Շիրակի մարզպետարանում մասնակցել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության,«Արթիկի մարզահամալիր» ՀՈԱԿ-ում անցկացվել է «ՀՀ Վարչապետի գավաթ» սիրողական սեղանի թենիսի մրցաշարի Արթիկի համայնքային փուլը, Հայկական Կարմրի խաչի և ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի համատեղ ջանքերով վերանորոգվել է Արթիկի ծերերի ժամանցի սենյակը, իրականացվել է  քաղաքացիների ընդունելություն ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի աշխատակիցների կողմից: Բացի այդ,  Անան Ոսկանյանը մասնակցել է ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Քաղաքապետերի դաշնագիր՝ Արևելյան գործընկերություն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-30-ը Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաք Թբիլիսիում անցկացվող «Քաղաքապետերի դաշնագրի 10-ամյակն Արևելյան գործընկերության տարածաշրջանում» խորագրով բարձր մակարդակի համաժողովին: 

Ոչ պակաս ուշագրավ է Արթիկ համայնքի գնումների պլանը: 45 հազար դրամով համայնքապետարանը գրիչ է գնել,  40 հազար դրամով՝ սրվող մատիտ, 50 հազար դրամի կարիչի մետաղային կապեր, 50 հազար դրամի թղթապանակ, 1 միլիոն  20 հազար դրամի թուղթ, 50 հազար դրամի հիշողության ֆլեշ, 55 հազար դրամի դրոշակաձող, 325 և 308 հազար դրամի ՀՀ դրոշ, 1 միլիոն 24 հազար դրամի մաքրող միջոց,40 հազար դրամի սպունգ, 90 հազար դրամի աղբարկղ, 75 հազար դրամի կահույք մաքրելու լաթ, 112 հազար դրամի անվանատախտակ, ,87 հազար դրամի տորթ, 90 հազար դրամի կոնֆետ, 37500 դրամի անանաս, 5 միլիոն դրամի ավտոմեքենաների պահեստամասերի ձեռքբերման ծառայություններ, 400 հազար դրամի ապահովագրական ծառայություններ, 1 միլիոն դրամի ուսուցողական սեմինարներ:

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ կառվարման մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Ոսկանյանը այդպես էլ աչքի չի ընկել քիչ թե շատ նշանակալի ձեռքբերումներով, իսկ ահա գնումների պլանից տպավորություն է ստացվում, որ մեր առաջ ոչ թե ՀՀ ամենաաղքատ համայնքներից մեկի, այլ Նյու Յորքի կամ Բրյուսելի գնումների պլանն է...
