«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Տևական ժամանակ խոսվում է այն մասին, որ ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանն առաջիկայում նշանակվելու է Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում։ Թեմայի հետ կապված Դավթյանը նույնպես քանիցս հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է ծառայել Արցախին և իր կարողությունները ներդնել այնտեղ։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սակայն, Դավթյանի՝ Արցախում գտնվելու փաստը ու հնարավոր նշանակումը, մեղմ ասած, միանշանակ չի ընդունվել, ավելին, բավական մեծ թվով պատճառներ են ներկայացվել, թե ինչու նա չի կարող լինել Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազ։

Թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ի թիվս մի շարք այլ պատճառների, Դավթյանին Արցախում հիշեցրել են, որ դեռևս 2019 թվականին, երբ Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Բակո Սահակյանը, Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, ինչպես նաև Արցախի խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունները երաշխավորություն էին ներկայացրել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոփոխելու վերաբերյալ, նույն Արթուր Դավթյանը, որն այն ժամանակ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն էր, այդ հանգամանքը բացարձակ հաշվի չէր առել։

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արցախում Դավթյանին հասկացրել են, որ այդ ամենը չի մարսվել ու մոռացվել, և արցախցիների համար ընդունելի չէ, որ նա Արցախում գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոն զբաղեցնի: Մի խոսքով, այլ պատճառներ ևս հիշատակելով՝ նրան բաց տեքստով հասկացրել են, որ ընդունելի կերպար չէ։
