Յոթ օրվա ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը մարտական դիրքերից 2 անգամ կրակ է բացել Արցախի խաղաղ բնակիչների ուղղությամբ

Արցախի ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունն ամփոփում է անցած շաբաթը:
2023 թվականի մարտի 20-ից 27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության կենտրոնական ու տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների հերթապահ մասերում հանցագործությունների և իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գրանցվել է 39 հաղորդում, որից 22-ը հանցագործության վերաբերյալ: Դրանցից 19-ն ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից բացահայտվել և քննության փուլում է:
Նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ զգալիորեն նվազել է դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու դեպքերը: Արձանագրվել և բացահայտվել է 3 դեպք:
Շաբաթվա ընթացքում ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից բացահայտվել է անձնական ունեցվածքի գողության և հափշտակության՝ մեկական, գույքի դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացման և խարդախության երկուական դեպքեր, ինչպես նաև նախկինում կատարված 1 հանցագործություն: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում խարդախության մեկ դեպքի բացահայտման և մյուս հանցատեսակների նախականխման, կանխման և բացահայտման ուղղությամբ:
Ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության վարչությունը՝ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների հետ համատեղ, շարունակում են թմրամիջոցների, դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության, աճեցման և իրացման դեմ պայքարը: Անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում բացահայտվել է 3 դեպք:
Յոթ օրվա ընթացքում սահմանային խախտման 2 դեպք է արձանագրվել: Ադրբեջանական զինուժը մարտական դիրքերից կրակ է բացել Արցախի խաղաղ բնակիչների ուղղությամբ: Վերջիններս Մարտունու շրջանի Թաղավարդ և Մաճկալաշեն համայնքների հողատարածքներում զբաղվում էին գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներով: Ոչ ոք չի տուժել: Հերթական անգամ դադարեցվել է գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները:
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում գրանցվել է ՃՏ 10 պատահար, որից 8-ը նյութական վնասով, 2-ը՝ մարմնական: Բուժհաստատություն է դիմել 2 քաղաքացի:
Մահվան ելքով մեկ դեպք է գրանցվել մարտի 22-ին՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Դրմբոն ավտոճանապարհին: 46-ամյա վարորդը կորցրել է մեքենայի կառավարումը, դուրս եկել ճանապարհից դեպի ձախ և շրջվել։ Պատահարի հետևանքով վերջինս հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացել է։
Նշված ժամանակահատվածում առանց վարորդական վկայականի տրանսպորտային միջոց է շահագործել 12 վարորդ, 15-ը եղել է անսթափ վիճակում, 26 վարորդ գերազանցել է սահմանված արագությունը:
Ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով` կենտրոնական և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների մասնակցությամբ, համակարգում շարունակվում են ամենամյա դասընթացներն ու պարապմունքները, որոնք միտված են կատարելագործելու ոստիկանության ծառայողների մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու ունակությունները:
