Մարտի 25-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, հերթական անգամ կոպտորեն խախտելով 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, հատել են Արցախի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի հետ շփման գիծը եւ որոշակի դիրքային առաջխաղացում ապահովել Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Լիսագոր գրունտային ճանապարհի ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին ասվում է Արցախի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության տարածած հայտարարությունում։
«Նման գործողություններով Ադրբեջանը ձգտում է էլ ավելի խստացնել Արցախի շրջափակումը` խզելով միակ կապը մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի եւ հանրապետության Շուշիի շրջանի մի շարք գյուղերի միջեւ։ Միաժամանակ, ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձում է իրականության հետ որեւէ առնչություն չունեցող եւ շինծու հայտարարություններով արդարացնել իր իսկ անօրինական գործողություններն ու սադրանքները։
Արցախի շուրջ օղակը սեղմելու Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները ցինիկ պատասխան են Արցախը Հայաստանի հետ կապող Լաչինի միջանցքի անհապաղ ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշմանը, եւ մարտահրավեր՝ միջազգային իրավակարգին։
Ակնկալում ենք, որ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմը գործնական քայլեր կձեռնարկի՝ վերացնելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների հերթական խախտման հետեւանքները, ինչպես նաեւ կանխարգելելու նոր հնարավոր խախտումները:
Նման պայմաններում հրամայական է միջազգային հանրության կողմից միասնական կոշտ դիրքորոշման որդեգրումը՝ ստիպելու Ադրբեջանին վերադառնալ իրավական դաշտ եւ կատարել իր միջազգային պարտավորությունները։ Միջազգային հանրությունը եւ, մասնավորապես, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը պետք է կոնկրետ հավաքական քայլեր ձեռնարկի՝ ուղղված Լաչինի միջանցքի անհապաղ բացմանն ու Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան քաղաքականության զսպմանը»,- նշվում է հայտարարությունում։
