Արցախի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության վարչությունում սույն թվականի մարտ ամսում վարույթ է ընդունվել՝ ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 310-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործեր, որոնց նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ԱՀ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի երկու բնակիչ սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով կապ են հաստատել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հատուկ ծառայութունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, շահեկան առաջարկության և պարբերաբար վարձատրության դիմաց նրանց փոխանցել գաղտնի և հույժ գաղտնի տեղեկություններ, ինչպես նաև ԱՀ քաղաքացիների անվտանգության, տնտեսության ընդհանուր վիճակի, շրջափակման պայմաններում սոցիալական ծրագրերի, կառավարության կազմում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունների, նախագահի հրամանագրերի, Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակչությանը վերաբերող այլ տեղեկություններ՝ կատարելով պետական դավաճանություն:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
 
«Նշված երկու անձինք հետաքննության մարմնի կողմից ձերբակալվել են, իսկ նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ քննիչի կողմից նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 310-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, և որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
 
ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հորդորում և զգուշացնում է, հատկապես համացանցի տիրույթում ցուցաբերել ծայրահեղ զգոնություն և զգուշություն, չտրվել գայթակղիչ առաջարկություններին և նույնիսկ առաջին հայացքից աննշան տեղեկություններ չհայտնել այլ օգտատերերի։
 
Հիշեք, որ հատուցումն անխուսափելի է, իսկ պետության հիմքերը խարխլող յուրաքանչյուր արարքի համար բացի սեփական խղճի և մեր հազարավոր նահատակների հիշատակի առաջ մեղանչելուց, դուք խստագույնս պատասխանատվություն եք կրելու նաև օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով»։
