Երևանի 45-ամյա բնակչուհին 24-ամյա կնոջը 2021թ․ նոյեմբերից ենթարկել է սեռական շահագործման․ թրաֆիկինգի համար մեղադրվող կինը կալանավորվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում իրականացված քննությամբ պարզվել են Երևան քաղաքի 24-ամյա բնակչուհուն խաբեությամբ, բռնություններով և դրանց սպառնալիքով սեռական շահագործման ենթարկելու դեպքի էական հանգամանքներ, հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։
2023թ․ հունվարի 19-ին ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ առ այն, որ Երևան քաղաքի 45-ամյա բնակչուհի Գ․Ա․-ն, տեղեկանալով 24-ամյա կնոջ կողմից պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելու ցանկության մասին, նրան առաջարկել է իր ենթակայությամբ զբաղվել պոռնկությամբ՝ խոստանալով ապահովել հաճախորդներով, ինչին վերջինս համաձայնվել է:
Այդպիսով 2021թ․ նոյեմբերից Երևան քաղաքի 45-ամյա բնակչուհին 24-ամյա կնոջն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ենթարկել է սեռական շահագործման։ Վերջինիս այդ վիճակի մեջ պահելու դիտավորությամբ Գ․Ա․-ն սկսել է 24-ամյա կնոջ անունից և նրա համաձայնությամբ տարբեր անձանցից պարտքով ձեռք բերել հագուստ, սնունդ և այլ իրեր, իսկ պարտքերը պարտավորվել է մարել վերջինս: Ուռճացնելով նշված պարտքերը, Գ․Ա․-ն 24-ամյա կնոջից պահանջել է ամենօրյա ռեժիմով աշխատած գումարը տալ իրեն՝ դրանից երիտասարդ կնոջը վերադարձնելով ընդամենը կենսական կարիքները հոգալու համար բավարար դրամական միջոցներ։
Ժամանակի ընթացքում 24-ամյա կինը գիտակցելով, որ ենթարկվում է սեռական շահագործման՝ 45-ամյա կնոջը հայտնել է, որ այլևս չի ցանկանում զբաղվել մարմնավաճառությամբ, որի կապակցությամբ վերջինիս կողմից ենթարկվել է ծեծի, պարբերաբար նրա հասցեին հնչեցվել են բռնության սպառնալիքներ։
2022թ․ նոյեմբերի 22-ից մինչև 2023թ․ մարտի 1-ը 49-ամյա կնոջը ունեցած այսպես կոչված «պարտքի» գումարը վճարելու պարտադրանքով, 24-ամյա կինը Արցախի փողոցում յուրաքանչյուր օր, հարկադրված զբաղվել է պոռնկությամբ, իսկ վաստակած գումարը՝ օրական միջինը 50.000 ՀՀ դրամ, փոխանցել է 45-ամյա կնոջը։
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա Գ․Ա․-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական հետապնդում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Նրան առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք և որպես խափանման միջոց՝ նրա նկատմամբ ընտրվել է կալանավորումը։
