ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի մրցույթում ո՞վ կհաղթի արդար ընտրությունների դեպքում․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հայտարարել է մրցույթ «Պատմամշակութային արգելոցթանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի թափուր պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու համար: Մրցույթի թեստավորման փուլն անցկացվելու է 2023 թվականի մարտի 28-ին, իսկ հարցազրույցի փուլը՝ մարտի 31-ին:
Այս ՊՈԱԿ-ին մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք անդրադառնալ՝ մասնավորաբար նշելով, որ ՊՈԱԿ-ը ժ/պ-ի կարգավիճակով ղեկավարում է Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը, որը, ըստ «օդում կախված լուրերի», համարվում է քպական պատգամավորներից մեկի հովանավորյալը։
Նշել էինք, որ, ըստ կառույցում առկա դժգոհությունների, այս անձինք ՊՈԱԿ-ը դարձրել են իրենց անձնական «բոստանը», որից օգտվում են թե՛ իրենք, թե՛ իրենց ծանոթ-բարեկամները, ինչպես նաև ծառայեցնում են քպական շրջանակներից մարդկանց աշխատանքի ընդունելու համար։ Եվ ահա, մենք տեղեկություններ ենք ստացել, որ նույն Հովհաննիսյանը մասնակցելու է հայտարարված մրցույթին, չնայած, ինչպես ՊՈԱԿ-ում են ասում, իրապես նորմալ ընտրությունների դեպքում նա հազիվ թե կարողանա հաղթել:
Դիմեցինք ԿԳՄՍ՝ ճշտելու, թե ովքեր են մասնակցում մրցույթին: Նախարարությունից հայտնեցին, թե մասնակիցների անունները հրապարակել չեն կարող, սակայն տեղեկացրեցին, որ մասնակիցները երկուսն են:
