Ընտրական փուլը նոր է սկսվում, ուստի բոլոր հավաքականների շանսերն էլ հավասար են։ Ֆուտբոլիստների վիճակը նորմալ է։ Կարողացել ենք բոլոր ֆուտբոլիստներին բերել ընդհանուր հայտարարի։ Վաղվա խաղում՝ Թուրքիայի հետ խաղում, արդեն կհասկանանք՝ որքանով է դա մեզ հաջողվել։ Այս մասին քիչ առաջ նախախաղային մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչ Ալեքսանդր Պետրակովը։
«Գրեթե բոլոր ֆուտբոլիստների հետ անհատապես զրուցել եմ։ Այս պրոցեսի վրա աշխատել եմ մոտ վեց ժամ, սա իմ մարզչական ոճն է։ Բոլորի հետ ծանոթացել եմ ու կարող եմ ասել, որ հավաքից շատ գոհ եմ»,- ասաց Պետրակովը։
Լրագրողները Հայաստանի հավաքականից հետաքրքրվեցին նաև, թե արդյոք Էդուարդ Սպերցյանը կարող է փոխարինել Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանին ու նրա պես դառնալ թիմի հիմնական առաջատարը։
«Այո, համաձայն եմ, որ Մխիթարյանը երկար տարիներ եղել է թիմի առաջատարը, սակայն իմ սկզբունքները այնպիսին չեն, որ թիմի խաղը պիտի կառուցվի ընդամենը մեկ ֆուտբոլիստի շուրջ։ Ես միայն շատ ուրախ կլինեի, որ Սպերացյանը առաջատարի որակներ դրսևորեր, սակայն ես կուզեի ավելի շատ, որ առաջատարի որակներ ցույց տվող ֆուտբոլիստների թիվը շատ ավելի մեծ լիներ»,- ասաց Պետրակովը։
