Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը ելույթ է ունեցել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում «Առողջ հասարակություն» միջազգային համաժողովի «ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների առողջապահական համակարգերի առաջնահերթությունները» խորագրով լիագումար նիստին։

Նա անդրադարձել է ինչպես ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից առողջապահական համակարգի բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրերին, այնպես էլ ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում երկրների առողջապահական համակարգերի զարգացման հնարավորություններին։

Ներկայացվել է հիվանդությունների բռնկումներին և դրանց արձագանքման արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելուն ուղղված հայեցակարգ, որը կմիավորի ԱՊՀ երկրների ջանքերը` հասնելու հանրային առողջության ավելի լավ արդյունքների։

Նախարարը խոսել է նաև համատեղ ձեռքբերումներից։

«Վերջին տարիներին ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում համագործակցությունը առանձնակի կարևորություն է ձեռք բերել։ Ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են տարվում դեղերի և բժշկական սարքերի ընդհանուր շուկաներ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ։ Ի տարբերություն դեղամիջոցների` նախկինում բժշկական սարքերի շրջանառության կարգավորում չկար, սակայն Հայաստանում ԵԱՏՄ միասնական շուկայի ստեղծման շրջանակում մեծ քայլ է արվել և մշակվել է նորմատիվ-իրավական դաշտ՝ ԵԱՏՄ պահանջներին համապատասխան։ ԵԱՏՄ-ում կազմավորվել են կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումներ՝ բժշկական սարքերի միասնական ռեգիստրին միանալու նպատակով։ Այս պահին ԵԱՏՄ երկրները միավորում են իրենց ջանքերը՝ համաճարակների հետ կապված նոր մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու համար»,-նշել է Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը։

Լիագումար նիստին հաջորդել է նախարարների ճեպազրույցը.

«Փաստենք, որ ֆորումը ստացվել է։ Այն յուրահատուկ հարթակ է, որտեղ հավաքվել են ոչ միայն պետական գերատեսչությունների, այլև բժշկական կենտրոնների շատ ներկայացուցիչներ։ Երախտագիտությունս եմ հայտնում ՌԴ կառավարությանն այս նախաձեռնության համար, հուսով եմ, որ այն վերջինը չի լինի,-նշել է նախարարը։

«Արդյո՞ք Հայաստանում ուսանողները հետաքրքրված են առողջ ապրելակերպով» հարցին ի պատասխան Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը նշել է.

«Առողջ ապրելակերպը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի արդիական, շարժիչ ուժ է դառնում երիտասարդների համար։ Մենք շատ ծրագրեր են իրականացնում նաև դպրոցականների համար, քանի որ առողջ ապրելակերպի մշակույթի առաջին կրողները ընտանիքներն ու դպրոցներն են, ուստի այդ ուղղությամբ շատ բան է արվում։ Այսօր այստեղ ևս քննարկեցինք առողջության պահպանման կարևորությունը` որպես կարևորագույն ռեսուրս, նաև կանխարգելումը, բուժումը»։

Նախարարը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում առողջապահությունը ոչ միայն բուժումն է, այլև կանխարգելումը, իսկ առողջ ապրելակերպի խթանումը այս գործում կարևորագույն գործիքներից է։
