Թուրքիային քննադատել են ԱՄՆ-ի կոնգրեսում

Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների (ԱՄՆ) կոնգրեսում Թուրքիայի հետ կապված քննարկումներ են ծավալվել։ Օրակարգում է եղել նաև Թուրքիային F-16 ռազմական ինքնաթիռների վաճառքը, որի մասին Բլինքնեը նշել է. «Մենք կարծում ենք, որ Թուրքիային անհրաժեշտ է գնել բազմաֆունկցիոնալ F-16-ներն ու դրանց ժամանակակից սարքավորումները: Դա ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար կարևոր է: Միևնույն ժամանակ աշխատում ենք դաշինքի երկու պետությունների՝ Թուրքիայի և Հունաստանի միջև առկա լարվածության թուլացման և նրանց միջև իրավիճակի սրման քայլերին ու տարաձայնություններին վերջ տալու ուղությամբ»:
Ermenihaber-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նիստի ընթացքում Թուրքիայի հասցեին նաև քննադատական խոսքեր են հնչել:
Մասնավորապես, ԱՄՆ Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Բոբ Մենենդեսը Թուրքիային քննադատել է՝ ասելով հետևյալը. «Ինչպե՞ս կանվանեք այն երկրին, որը խախտելով ԱՄՆ օրենսդրությունը Ռուսաստանից գնում է սարքավորումներ։ Բանտում, այլ երկրների համամատ, ունի ավելի շատ փաստաբան և լրագրող, չի մասնակցում Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներին, որոնք ընդունվել են Եվրամիության գլխավորությամբ, բայց դեպի Ռուսաստան իրականացնում է 100 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ արտահանում, կանխում է ՆԱՏՕ-ին անհրաժեշտ ընդլայնումը։ Խախտելով UNESCO-ի շրջանակներում ստանձնած իր պարտավորությունները՝ եկեղեցին վերածում է մզկիթի»:
Բլինքենն այս հարցին ի պատասխան ասել է. «Կարծում եմ այդ դեպքում կանվանեմ բարդ դաշնակից», իսկ Մենենդեսն արձագանքել է. «Ես կասեմ, որ այդ երկիրը Թուրքիան է»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մենենդեսը 2023թ-ի սկզբին ասել էր. «Էրդողանի կառավարությունը հաշվի չի առնում ժողովրդավարությունն ու մարդու իրավունքները, այդպիսի վերաբերմունքի պատճառով մենք դեմ ենք վաճառքին: Մինչև Էդրողանից եկող վտանգները չվերջանան մենք վաճառքը չենք հաստատելու: Թուրքիան իրեն վստահելի դաշնակցի նման պետք է պահի»:
