Ինչպես շատերդ գիտեք, գործող վարչակարգը վերջին շրջանում հուսահատ ճիգեր է գործադրում՝ վարկաբեկելու մեր բանակը և զինվորականներին, նրանց վրա բարդելու սեփական ձախողումների համար պատասխանատվությունը: Դրա թարմ օրինակներից մեկը գեներալ-մայոր Գեորգի Խաչատուրովի ապօրինի կալանավորումն է:
 
Գեներալ Խաչատուրովը տոհմիկ զինվորական ընտանիքի զավակ է, Մարտական խաչի ասպետ, նրա հրամանատարությամբ անառիկ են պահվել Տավուշի սահմանները: Նրան մտածածին, վաղեմության ժամկետը վաղուց անցած, աննշան մի գործով կալանավորելը այն պայմաններում, երբ երկիրը ապրում է ամենօրյա հարձակման վտանգի ներքո, իսկ բանակում չեն հերիքում փորձառու սպաները, պարզապես հանցագործություն է մեր բոլորի դեմ: Եթե մենք այսօր չսատարենք և պաշտպանենք մեր պաշտպաններին, մարդկանց, որոնք իրենց կյանքը նվիրել են մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը, վաղը մենք բոլորս անպաշտպան կմնանք, և թշնամուն սկուտեղի վրա կմատուցենք մեր երկիրն ու մեր ազատությունը:
