«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

riafan.ru–ն «Դառը հետհամ. ի՞նչով է հիշվելու Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Մոսկվայում կայացել է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարների կարևոր հանդիպումը։ Կարևոր, քանի որ ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններում առկա բարդությունները պարզապես անհնար է անտեսել։ Սերգեյ Լավրովի խոսքով, զրույցն անցել է կոնֆիդենցիալ մթնոլորտում, և օրակարգը հագեցած է եղել։ Քննարկվել է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ողջ սպեկտրը, այդ թվում՝ փոխգործակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ ռազմական դաշինքի շրջանակներում, որի շուրջ վերջին շրջանում բազմաթիվ խոսակցություններ ու ենթադրություններ են պտտվում։

Ըստ «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանի, Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների մակարդակով հանդիպումը հայկական կողմից քաղաքավարական այցի իմիտացիա էր և, միևնույն ժամանակ, ոչ բավարար որակի էր։ «Նախ՝ Մոսկվայում նախարարների հանդիպման մեկնարկի ժամանակ Երևանում «շատ պատահաբար» Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը դուրս է գալիս լրագրողների առջև և հայտարարում, որ Հայաստանն ուսումնասիրում է Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի, որը վերջերս Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ձերբակալելու օրդեր է տվել, Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացնելու հնարավորությունը։ Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է Հայաստանը պատրաստվում ձերբակալել Պուտինին, նա սկսել է բացարձակ անհեթեթություններ դուրս տալ:

Երկրորդ հերթին՝ կրկին «պատահաբար» մոսկովյան հանդիպման ավարտին տեղեկություն է ստացվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենի հեռախոսազրույցի մասին։ Նրանց զրույցի իրական բովանդակության մասին կարելի է միայն գուշակություններ անել»,- նշել է քաղաքական գործիչը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է նախարարներ Միրզոյանի և Լավրովի երկխոսությանը, Հակոբյանը նշել է, որ կոնկրետ արդյունքներ կամ պայմանավորվածություններ չեն հայտարարվել։ «Փոխարենը լարվածություն էր զգացվում նույնիսկ ակնարկներում։ Հատկապես հիշում եմ Լավրովի տեքստում «պատահաբար» հայտնված խոսքերը, որ Ղարաբաղում զինադադար կարելի էր ավելի վաղ ձեռք բերել։

Բայց նա, իբր թե, դա կթողնի պատմաբաններին։ Այստեղ ավելացնելու ոչինչ չկա, ինչպես ասում են՝ «ոչ մի մեկնաբանություն»,- նշել է Հակոբյանը։ Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ Ղարաբաղի մասին Լավրովի հիմնական ուղերձից միայն դառը հետհամ է մնացել։ «Նա, ավաղ, մի քանի անգամ անդրադառնալով հայկական կողմի մոտեցումներին՝ չնշեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի կամ Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարցը։ Ի վերջո, չեմ կարծում, թե ինչ-որ բան փոխվել է։ Նիկոլն ու իր թիմը շարունակում են հստակ և ակտիվ շարժումը դեպի Արևմուտք»,- եզրափակել է փորձագետը։
