Հայաստանը պետք է ակտիվացնի արևային կայանների շինարարությունը
SOCIETYՀայաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատել է մինչև 2044 թվականը էներգետիկայի զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագիրը և դրա իրականացման միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցը՝ որպես առաջնահերթություն նշելով վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների ներուժի առավելագույն օգտագործումը։
Ըստ այդմ, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը նախատեսում է մինչև 2030 թվականը արևային էներգիայի մասնաբաժինը երկրի էներգետիկ հաշվեկշռում հասցնել 17 %-ի։ Այժմ այդ ցուցանիշը տարբեր գնահատականներով տատանվում է մինչև 3,5 %-ի սահմաններում։ Հայաստանում նոր-նոր սկսել են խոշոր արևային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցման մասին մտածել, կամ էլ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումներ կայացնել։
Հայաստանն ունի արևային էներգիայի մեծ ներուժ, արևային էներգիայի միջին հոսքը հորիզոնական մակերեսի մեկ մետր քառակուսու համար կազմում է 1720 կվտժ։ Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ Եվրոպայում այն միջինում 1000 կվտժ է, իսկ երկրի տարածքի մեկ քառորդն ապահոված է արևային էներգիայի պաշարներով 1850 կվտժ մետր քառակուսի ինտենսիվությամբ։ Ըստ հայկական էներգետիկ գործակալության տվյալների՝ վերջին 4 տարիների ընթացքում ավտոնոմ արևային կայանների թիվը քառապատկվել է, 2022 թվականի վերջի դրությամբ Հայաստանի էլեկտրացանցին միացված է շուրջ 10000 արևային էներգիա արտադրող։
Ըստ մասնագետների ՝ արևային էներգիայի 15 %-ի չափաբաժնի մակարդակը կարելի է հասցնել նույնիսկ 2030 թվականից ավելի շուտ և իհարկե այս տվյալները կարող են բավական հուսադրող և հաճելի թվալ, սակայն համեմատության մեջ Հայաստանը զգալիորեն ետ է մնում ոչ միայն արևային էներգիայի առաջատար արտադրող երկիրներից, այլ անգամ սեփական հարևաններից։ Վրաստանը բավական վաղուց է անցել հողմային և արևային էներգիայի զարգացման պետական ռազմավարության իրականացմանը։
Նույն ճանապարհին է նաև Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, ուստի և մեր երկիրը խնդիր ունի մի քանի անգամ ավելի արագացված տեմպերով արևային էներգիային զարկ տալ, հատկապես, որ Հայաստանում չափազանց շատ են լեռնային և չմշակված տարածքները, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել որպես արևային էլեկտրակայանների համար հարմար տարածություններ։ Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», սակայն հարկավոր է այդպիսի արտադրողների և ոլորտում աշխատող ընկերություների թիվը բազմապատկել մի քանի անգամ։
