Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ է հղել Իսլամական հեղափոխության գերագույն առաջնորդ այաթոլլահ Ալի Խամենեիին և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սեյեդ Էբրահիմ Ռայիսիին՝ Նոուրուզի կապակցությամբ:
Իսլամական հեղափոխության գերագույն առաջնորդին ուղղված ուղերձում նշված է.
«Ձերդ վսեմություն,
Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության բարեկամ ժողովրդին իրանական ամանորի՝ Նոուրուզի կապակցությամբ։ Մաղթում եմ, որ գալիք տարին հարևան և բարեկամ Իրանի համար նշանավորվի յուրատիպ հաջողություններով և խաղաղությամբ։
Դարերի հազարամյա խորքից եկող հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունները՝ թրծված փոխվստահության ու հարգանքի ջերմ մթնոլորտում, առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և հայ ժողովրդի համար:
Լիահույս եմ, որ առաջիկայում ականատես կլինենք երկկողմ բազմաշերտ օրակարգի ընդլայնմանը, որը խթան կդառնա մեր բարեկամական հարաբերությունների առավել խորացմանն ու աճին՝ ի շահ հայ և իրանցի ժողովուրդների բարօրության և տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության:
Առիթը պատեհ համարելով՝ մաղթում եմ Ձեզ արևշատություն, իսկ Իրանի ժողովրդին՝ հարատև բարօրություն»։
Իրանի նախագահին ուղղված ուղերձում ասված է.
«Ձերդ գերազանցություն,
Իմ ջերմագին և անկեղծ շնորհավորանքն եմ հղում Ձեզ և Իրանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին Նոուրուզի՝ բնության զարթոնքի գեղեցիկ տոնի կապակցությամբ։ Մաղթում եմ, որ Արեգակնային տոմարով նոր տարին հարևան Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության համար անսասան խաղաղության և հարաճուն ձեռքբերումների տարի լինի։
Հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների պատմամշակութային բազմադարյա հարուստ փորձը յուրատիպ հիմք է ներկայիս բարեկամական մթնոլորտի, բազմատարր փոխգործակցության և հայ ու իրանցի բարեկամ ժողովուրդների միջև ջերմ շփումների համար:
Աներկբայորեն կարող եմ նշել, որ շարունակելով համագործակցության անշեղ ուղին՝ ընթացիկ տարում նոր վերելք կհաղորդենք հայ-իրանական բազմաշերտ օրակարգին՝ ի շահ մեր երկու ժողովուրդների և պետությունների բարեկեցության:
Առիթը պատեհ համարելով՝ մաղթում եմ Ձեզ նորանոր հաջողություններ և քաջառողջություն, իսկ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ բարօրություն և խաղաղություն»։
