Սիսիանի ընտրությունները՝ իշխանության համար կենաց - մահու կռիվ․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2022 թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ին կայացած Սիսիան համայնքի ավագանու համամասնական ընտրություններում ձախողվելուց, այդուամենայնիվ, զոռբայությամբ սեփական թեկնածուին «անցկացնելու» անհաջող փորձերից հետո, երբ «Աշխատանք և արդարություն» դաշինքը, «Ապրելու երկիր», «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունների ավագանու անդամներն ու թեկնածուները հրաժարվեցին մանդատներից ու նշանակվեցին ավագանու նոր ընտրություններ, դրանք ՔՊ-ի համար բառիս բուն իմաստով դարձել են «պատերազմի դաշտ»:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, գործող իշխանության համար մարտի 26-ին կայանալիք ընտրությունները պարզապես կենաց-մահու կռիվ են, և այդ ճանապարհին քպականները ոչ մի միջոցի առջև կանգ չեն առնում: Նրանք «մարտի» են նետել հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր ռեսուրսները, այդ թվում ու առաջին հերթին՝ վարչական ու ֆինանսական, այսինքն՝ փաստացի կիրառում են ամբողջ իշխանական լծակներն ու «գործիքակազմը», որ կիրառել են բոլոր ընտրությունների ժամանակ՝ ամեն գնով հաջողության հասնելու համար:
Մեր տեղեկություններով, օրերս էլ Սյունիքի մարզպետարան են հրավիրվել Սիսիան խոշորացված համայնքի բոլոր դպրոցների տնօրենները: Ասում են՝ հանդիպումն ու ծավալված զրույցը, մեղմ ասած, հաճելիներից չի եղել: Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, նույնիսկ սպառնալիքներ են հնչել, թե ինչ կարող է լինել համապատասխան քանակի ձայն չբերելու դեպքում: Սրան զուգահեռ Սիսիանում ակտիվ ստուգումներ են իրականացվում ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող գործարարների մոտ, շատ դեպքերում, ինչպես այստեղ են ասում, «ընկերական» ակտեր են գրում:
Մյուս կողմից՝ անիմաստ քաշքշուկների մեջ են գցում իրենց կարծիքն ու տեսակետը չկիսող քաղաքացիներին: Մի խոսքով, ինչպես Սիսիանում կես կատակ-կես լուրջ ասում են, վարչական ռեսուրսների կիրառման, ճնշումների, «բարեգործությունների» առումով «սրանք թե՛ սեփական, թե՛ «նախկինների» բոլոր արատավոր երևույթների ռեկորդները խփեցին»:
