Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը ԶԼՄ-ների համար հաղորդագրություն է տարածել՝ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի Մոսկվա կատարելիք այցին և ռուսաստանցի գործընկեր Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ նրա բանակցություններին ընդառաջ։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասված է. «Մարտի 20-ին տեղի կունենան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար նախարար Ս.Վ.Լավրովի բանակցությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ա.Ս. Միրզոյանի հետ, ով աշխատանքային այց կկատարի Մոսկվա։ Առաջիկա հանդիպումը Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև բոլոր մակարդակներում ավանդական սերտ շփումների շարունակությունն է։

Նախարարները նախատեսում են համալիր քննարկել ռուս-հայկական համագործակցության ներկա վիճակը և դրա զարգացման հետագա քայլերը, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ի համատեղ հայտարարության դրույթների իրագործման շրջանակներում, որն ամրագրել է երկկողմ փոխգործակցության արտոնյալ դաշնակցային բնույթը և ռազմավարական ուղղվածությունը։

Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների ղեկավարները մանրամասն կանդրադառնան տարածաշրջանային օրակարգին՝ Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի, նոյեմբերի 26-ի և 2022 թ. հոկտեմբերի 31-ի պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման պրիզմայով։

Դիտարկվելու են ընդհանուր ինտեգրացիոն միավորումներում՝ ԱՊՀ, ԵԱՏՄ և ՀԱՊԿ, համագործակցության ամրապնդման հեռանկարները, ինչպես նաև միջազգային ունիվերսալ տարբեր հարթակներում, առաջին հերթին՝ ՄԱԿ-ում գործողությունների համակարգումը։

Կկայանա երկու երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների կողմից առաջին անգամ նապատրաստված «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն և Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն. դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության 30 տարի» ռուս-հայկական պայմանագրերի և համաձայնագրերի եռահատոր ժողովածուի շնորհանդեսը։

Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի ամենամոտ դաշնակիցներից է, ռազմավարական գործընկերը Հարավային Կովկասում։ Հիմնվելով բարեկամության պատմական արմատներ ունեցող ամուր ավանդույթների, մեր ժողովուրդների անփոփոխ համակրանքի և մտերմության վրա՝ Մոսկվան և Երևանը կառուցել են բազմակողմ վստահելի հարաբերություններ։

Մենք շարունակում ենք կատարելագործել պայմանագրա-իրավական դաշտը, որը ներառում է ավելի քան 200 փաստաթուղթ: Համակարգային աշխատում ենք տանում դրանց գույքագրման վրա»։

Այնուհետև հաղորդագրության մեջ ներկայացվում են տվյալներ ամենաբարձր և բարձր մակարդակներում երկխոսության և տարբեր ոլորտներում ռուս-հայկական համագործակցության վերաբերյալ։
