Մարտի 17-ին Ծաղկաձորում կայացել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի միջեւ համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 36-րդ նիստը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԺ-ից։
Նիստի ավարտից հետո միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի անդամները ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ, հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանի եւ ՌԴ ԴԺ Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ, միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Յուրի Վորոբյովի գլխավորությամբ Ծաղկաձորի մանկական արվեստի դպրոցում մասնակցել են ռուսական կենտրոնի բացմանը:
Կենտրոնը բացվել է Յուրի Վորոբյովի աջակցությամբ: Սա Հայաստանում բացված 9-րդ մասնաճյուղն է: Կենտրոններում արտադպրոցական ուսումնական ծրագրով կրթվում են դպրոցականներն ու երիտասարդները, կա նաեւ գրադարանային ֆոնդ:
Յուրի Վորոբյովը կենտրոնին է փոխանցել ՌԴ ԴԺ Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի հուշանվերը, նաեւ` իր գործունեությանը վերաբերող գիրք:
Ներկաներն ընդգծել են, որ հայ-ռուսական հումանիտար համագործակցության բնագավառում նման կենտրոնները եւս մեկ կամուրջ են երկկողմ կրթամշակութային կապերի ընդլայնման գործում:
