nsn.fm–ը «Ոչ մի հաջողություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ երեք միլիարդ դոլարը զգալի գումար է, որը ստացել է Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը ռուսական հատուկ գործողության պատճառով, բայց եթե ԱՄՆ-ում ինչ-որ մեկը մատը շարժի, այդ ամբողջ գումարը մի ակնթարթում կկորչի։ Այդպես է տնտեսագետ Վասիլի Կոլտաշովը մեկնաբանել Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանի խոսքերն այն մասին, որ Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի կողմից հատուկ գործողության մեկնարկի պատճառով անցյալ տարի հանրապետության բանկային համակարգ լրացուցիչ մուտք է գործել առնվազն երեք միլիարդ դոլար։

«Սա Հայաստանի համար հաջողություն չէ։ Սա հետևանք է այն բանի, որ Ռուսաստանը, կապեր պահպանելով արտասահմանյան ֆիրմաների հետ, ստիպված է լուծումներ փնտրել ապրանքների մատակարարման հարցում։ Այդ առումով այն ներդրումները, որոնք կատարվել են Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ, դարձել են Ռուսաստանի դեմ արևմտյան երկրների տնտեսական պատերազմի ածանցյալը։ Այստեղ պարծենալու կարիք չկա։ ԱՄՆ-ը կարող է որոշել, որ այդ գումարը կարող է գնալ այլ տեղ, օրինակ՝ Վրաստան։ Այնպես որ, դա երկարաժամկետ ձեռքբերում չէ»,- ասել է Կոլտաշովը: Տնտեսագետը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի կորուստները հատուկ ռազմական գործողության մեկնարկի պատճառով բավականին դժվար է գնահատել, քանի որ դրանք ներառում են արժույթների փոխարժեքների փոփոխություններ, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ դրանց մի մասը փոխհատուցվել է ռուսական արտահանման բարելավմամբ։

«Ռուսական տնտեսությունն ամբողջությամբ չի կորցրել այդ երեք միլիարդ դոլարը, դա ավելի շուտ պետք է դիտարկել որպես հարկադիր ներդրում։ Դա փող է, որն աշխատում է ռուսական տնտեսության համար։ Հայաստանով Ռուսաստան ապրանքների ներմուծումն ավելացել է, հայկական ապրանքների անվան տակ ապրանքներ են ռուսական շուկա ուղարկվում։ Բայց ամեն ինչ կարող է շատ արագ փոխվել։ Հայաստանին դեռ թույլատրվում է Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտուր անել: Եթե իրավիճակը փոխվի, և՛ փողը, և՛ մարդկային ռեսուրսները կտեղափոխվեն այլ տեղ»,- նշել է փորձագետը։ Կոլտաշովը նաև ընդգծել է, որ հատուկ գործողության ավարտը պայման չի լինի Հայաստանից ռուս գործարարների և աշխատողների վերադարձի համար։

«Հիմա աշխարհում հակամարտություն է հին և նոր ազդեցության կենտրոնների միջև։ Եվրոպական ընկերությունների հետ աշխատելու ավելի լավ պայմաններ Ռուսաստանում կստեղծվեն միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ փոփոխություններ տեղի ունենան հենց ԵՄ երկրներում։ Միգուցե Եվրամիությունը լուծարվի, իսկ Ռուսաստանի հետ նորմալ հարաբերությունները վերականգնվեն»,- ենթադրել է տնտեսագետը։
