Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների պատճառով խիստ նվազել են Սարսանգի ջրային պաշարները

Սարսանգի ջրամբարի ջրի մակարդակն ամեն օր նվազում է 50 սանտիմետրով:  

Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում  տեղեկացրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արարատ Խաչատրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Սարսանգի ջրային պաշարները խիստ նվազել են:

«Արցախի էլեկտրաէներգիայի միակ աղբյուրն այժմ Սարսանգի ջրամբարն է: Համեմատելով անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի հետ՝ ունենք ավելի քան 8 մետր ցածր նիշ: Այսօր ջրամբարում ջրի մուտքը կազմում է 4 մետր վայրկյան  խորանարդ, ինչը շատ ցածր ցուցանիշ է։ Թարթառի հոսքը կարող է հասնել մինչև 30, 40, 50 մ/վ խորանարդի։ Ներկա դրությամբ ծախսն ավելի շատ է: Ջրամբարում ջրի ծավալի նիշի բարձր լինելու  պարագայում  էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալու համար ավելի քիչ ջուր է ծախսվում: Այդ նիշի  իջնելուն զուգահեռ ճնշումը պակասում է և ավելի շատ ջուր է անհրաժեշտ նույն ծավալով  էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալու համար»,-մանրամասնեց Արարատ Խաչատրյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ վերջին տարիների փորձը և համապատասխան վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ ընթացիկ տարում հնարավոր չէ վերականգնել ջրի մակարդակը՝ հասցնելով տարեսկզբի  ցուցանիշին:

Այնուամենայնիվ, ոլորտի պատասխանատուն հույս հայտնեց, որ գարնանը, գետերի վարարումներով պայմանավորված, Սարսանգի ջրի ծավալը կմեծանա, բայց նույնիսկ այդ դեպքում գոհացուցիչ մակարդակ ապահովելու մասին չի կարելի խոսել:

«Հունվարի 9-ից առ այսօր Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտել է և չի թույլատրել վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել իր  հսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում, որտեղով անցնում է  Հայաստանից Արցախ մատակարարվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի բարձրավոլտ գիծը: Մինչև շրջափակումը, հատկապես ձմռանը, երբ Հայաստանից մատակարարվող էլեկտրաէներգիան չէր բավարարում, ապա օգտվում էինք Սարսանգի ջրամբարից: Պատերազմից հետո Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում մնացել է 5 փոքր ՀԷԿ, որոնք էլեկտրաէներգիայի շատ փոքր  ծավալ են ապահովում՝ աշխատելով իրենց հզորության 20 տոկոսով»,-պարզաբանել է Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ եթե Հայաստանից Արցախը սնուցող միակ բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական գիծն առաջիկայում չվերանորոգվի, ապա էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության համար անհրաժեշտ  և ընդհանրապես Սարսանգի ջրային ռեսուրսների խիստ պակաս է զգացվելու։

Ավելի վաղ Արցախի նախագահը նշել էր, որ գրեթե 600 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր տարողությամբ Սարսանգի ջրամբարի ջրային ռեսուրսները ճնշող մեծամասամբ  կրճատվել են, ինչը գարնանը և ամռանը լուրջ ճգնաժամ կստեղծի առաջին հերթին ադրբեջանցի ֆերմերների համար, քանի որ ջրային ռեսուրսները չեն բավարարի Ադրբեջանի Թարթառի, Աղդամի, Բարդի, Գորանբոյի, Եվլախի և Ախջաբադի շրջաններում մոտ 96000 հեկտարը ոռոգելու համար։ Ուստի Ադրբեջանի այս շրջանների բնակիչները պետք է տեղյակ լինեն, որ իրենց իշխանությունների և ինքնակոչ կեղծ ակտիվիստների շնորհիվ այս տարի ոռոգման ջուր չեն ունենա և կզրկվեն սննդի և եկամտի հնարավորությունից։
