Երբեք չեմ հետաքրքրվել, թե ով ի՞նչ ունի` համարելով դա յուրաքանչյուրի անձնական հարցը: Ինձ համար առաջնային է մարդու բարոյական նկարագիրը, ոչ թե նրա նյութականը (աշխարհում քիչ չեն հարուստ բըիտղերք և աղքատ կարգին մարդիկ, ու հակառակը):

Հասկանալի է, որ ՔՊ-ական վերնախավն իր «հետհեղափոխական» կապիտալի զգալի մասը ձեռք է բերել պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահման միջոցով: Բայց դա չի կարևորը: Ինչ-որ հասցրել են յուրացնել, ստանալ գուցե նաև ազնիվ ճանապարհով աշխատել, կամ շանտաժով խլել ու իրենցով անել` թող Աստված որոշի, թե որքանով է հալալ:
ՔՊ ական վերնախավից շատերն ապագայում երանի են տալու, որ պատասխանատվության կանչվեն պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահման ու կոռուպցիայի համար: Կոռուպցիան, լինելով ամոթալի երևույթ, նրանց համար լինելու է շատ ցանկալի մեղադրանք: ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված` ՍԱՀՄԱՆԱԴՐԱԿԱՆ ԿԱՐԳԻ ՀԻՄՈՒՆՔՆԵՐԻ ԵՎ ՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՆՎՏԱՆԳՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԴԵՄ ՈՒՂՂՎԱԾ ՀԱՆՑԱԳՈՐԾՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ հոդվածների մի ամբողջ փունջ (299-ից մինչև 307) բավարար է, որպեսզի բացահայտի և բնութագրի այն ամենն ինչ սրանք արել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի հանրապետության դեմ` 2018-23թթ-ին:

Ինձ համար խնդիրն այն չէ, թե ի՞նչ նոր բնակարաններ, գույք ու հարստություն են ձեռքբերել և ինչպե՞ս: Սակայն միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ Հադրութի, Շուշիի, Ասկերանի, Մարտունու, Քաշաթաղի ու Քարվաճառի մի քանի տասնյակ բնակավայրերի շուրջ 15500 ընտանիքների թողել են անտուն ու դավադիր միտումով զրկել են իրենց հայրենի բնօրրանից, այ հենց դրա համար ամենադաժան պատասխանատվության են ենթարկվելու (մնացած աններելի հանցանքների մասին էլ չեմ խոսում): Ու Աստված մի արասցե, որ որևէ մեկի մտքով անցավ ինքնուրույն պատժել սրանց (թեհլերյանաբար):

ՔՊ վերնախավը պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի ՀՀ դատարաններում և բացառապես օրենքի բոլոր պահանջներին համապատասխան, հրապարակային եղանակով: Սրանց պետք է փորձեն պաշտպանել երկրի լավագույն փաստաբանները, և դատեն ամենաանաչառ դատավորները:
Միայն այդ դեպքում Հայաստանը կարող է մի փոքր պարզերես լինել և թոթափել իր վրա կախված ամոթի ծանր խարանը:
