Ֆրանսիայի զինված ուժերի նախարարության Սպառազինությունների հարցով գլխավոր տնօրինության (DGA) ղեկավար Էմանուել Շիվան կարծում է, որ հանրապետությունը ռազմական տնտեսության շրջան է թևակոխել։

 
Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկանում Է ТАСС գործակալությունից: «Մենք մտել ենք ռազմական տնտեսություն, հունիսից ես և զինված ուժերի նախարարը (խմբ.՝ Սեբաստիեն Լեկոռնյու) երեք անգամ հանդիպել ենք մեր ռազմարդյունաբերական բազայի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Ստեղծել ենք հինգ աշխատանքային խմբեր, որոնք հանգեցրել են առաջին կոնկրետ արդյունքներին,  օրինակ՝ ռազմավարական պաշարների, պատվերների կատարման ժամկետների կրճատման, արտադրության արագացման հետ կապված», - ասել Է նա Le Monde թերթում հրապարակված հայցազույցում:

Շիվայի խոսքով՝ արտադրողները կարողացել են միավորել տիտանի՝ «օդատիեզերական արդյունաբերության համար արժեքավոր նյութի իրենց պաշարները, որը նախկինում գլխավորապես ստացվում էր Ռուսաստանից»: Ինչպես նշել Է տնօրինության ղեկավարը, արտադրողները նպատակ են դրել արագացնելու և ավելացնելու արտադրության ծավալները։ Բացի դրանից, Շիվայի խոսքով՝ Ֆրանսիան շարունակում է ակտիվորեն զենք պատվիրել պաշտպանական ձեռնարկություններից։

 
«2022 թվականին մենք պատվիրել ենք 218 «Աստեր» զենիթային հրթիռ, 100 «Միստրալ» զենիթային հրթիռ և 200 միջին հեռահարության հակատանկային հրթիռ», - արձանագրել է նա։ Փետրվարին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հանդես էր եկել պաշտպանական ճյուղում եվրոպական երկրների ներդրումներն ավելացնելու օգտին:

 
Մակրոնի խոսքով՝ Եվրոպային  «վերազինում» Է անհրաժեշտ իր արտադրական և տեխնոլոգիական բազայի ուժեղացման հաշվին: Այս համատեքստում նա նշել էր, որ շատ եվրոպական երկրներ Ուկրաինային օգնություն տրամադրելու պատճառով «կախված են դարձել ոչ եվրոպական երկրների որոշումներից և շատ առումներով՝ ոչ եվրոպական արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունների հնարավորություններից»:
