Պետական մարմիններ են դիմում Բաքվի, Շիրվանի, Սումգայիթի, Խանլարի, Շամխորի, Նախիջևանի և Ադրբեջանի այլ շրջանների էթնիկ զտման ենթարկված հայության ներկայացուցիչներ՝ բողոքելով, թե ինչու մենք նրանց իրավունքների, միջազգային խաղաղապահ ուժեր ուղեկցությամբ իրենց տները վերադառնալու հարցը չենք բարձրացնում։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Խնդիրն այն է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 7-րդ կետը վերաբերվում է միայն ԼՂ-ի և նրան անմիջապես հարակից շրջանների փախստականներին և ներքին տեղահանվածներին։ Բայց սա իհարկե խոչընդոտ չէ, որ նշված շրջանների էթնիկ զտման ենթարկված հայության ներկայացուցիչները ինքնակազմակերպվեն և վերադարձի իրենց իրավունքները պաշտպանեն միջազգային ատյաններում»,- ասաց նա։

Փաշինյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ստացել են Ադրբեջանի նոր առաջարկները խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ, դրանք քննարկման փուլում են։

«Այսպիսով թևակոխել ենք պայմանագրի նախագծի քննարկման չորրորդ շրջափուլ։ Մենք կքննարկենք ու առաջիկայում կներկայացնենք մեր դիտարկումները, մենք հավատարիմ ենք ու չենք շեղվելու խաղաղության օրակարգից։ Միևնույն ժամանակ պետք է միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրեմ նաև այն փաստի վրա, որ ի հեճուկս 2020թ-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետի՝ մինչև հիմա Ադրբեջանը չի վերադրաձրել հայ գերիներին, պատանդերին, այլ պահվող անձանց, ինչպես նաև շարունակում է օկուպացիայի տակ պահել 1994, 2021, 2022թթ-ի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով բռնազվաթած ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքները»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
