Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը տարբեր շրջանակներում ներկայացնում է Արցախի նախագահի՝ իր համար նախընտրելի թեկնածուների «ցուցակ», Հարությունյանի այդ «նախաձեռնության» հետ կապված Արցախում առկա է որոշակի անվստահություն և մտահոգություն։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արցախում կասկածներ կան, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների ուղղորդմամբ Հարությունյանը, խորհրդարանում ունենալով մեծամասնություն (Սամվել Բաբայանի խմբակցության հետ միասին), վերջին պահին նախագահի թեկնածու է առաջադրելու ներկայիս պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին, ինչի մասին, ի դեպ, մենք գրել էինք դեռ վերջինիս՝ պետնախարար նշանակվելուց առաջ, իսկ Ներսիսյանը ինտենսիվ հերքումներ էր տարածում:

Ըստ արցախյան մեր աղբյուրների, դրանից հետո նախատեսվում է պետնախարար Սամվել Բաբայանին, որի անունն, ի դեպ, Հարությունյանի՝ վերը նշված «ցուցակում» չկա։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը վերջինիս վերաբերյալ պնդում է, թե չի կարող նման բան տեղի ունենալ, սակայն հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ նա նման պնդում էր անում նաև 2020-ի նախագահական ընտրությունների շեմին, իսկ նախագահ ընտրվելուց հետո անմիջապես ԱԽ քարտուղար նշանակեց նույն Բաբայանին, ապա չի բացառվում, որ հերթական անգամ գնա նման գործարքի։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Հարությունյանն այս փուլում իրականում ընդամենը փորձում է բորբոքվող կրքերը հանգստացնել, քանի որ, ինչպես հայտնի է, Բաբայանն Արցախում, մեղմ ասած, ոչ միանշանակ է ընկալվում, ուստի ժամանակից շուտ նրա անվան հրապարակայնացումը կարող է խնդրահարույց դառնալ։

Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, Բաբայանը տարբեր մարդկանց հետ զրույցներում ակնարկել է, որ ինքը մի քանի ամսից նշանակվելու է պետնախարար։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, նա նպատակ ունի պետական բոլոր ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացնել իր ձեռքում և շարժվել բացառապես իր պատկերացումների շրջանակներում, ինչի մասին հաճախ բարձրաձայնում է իր հայտարարություններում։
