Բարսելոնը անցնում է արևային էներգիայի
SOCIETYԳտնվելով Իսպանիայի հյուսիս-արևելքում՝ Բարսելոնը տարվա մեծ մասը ողողված է արևով, և արևային էներգիան դառնում է ավելի ու ավելի ժողովրդական, տեղի բնակիչների համար։ Արևային վահանակներ են տեղադրում բնակելի տների և հանրային շենքերի վրա, 2018 թվականից արևային էներգիայի օգտագործման ծավալները կրկնապատկվել են և դրանց մեծապես օգնում են իշխանությունները։
Այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք անցնում են արևային վահանակների, քաղաքային խորհուրդը նվազում է 2 անգամ և տնտեսումը կազմում է տարեկան գրեթե 1000 դոլար։ Այս գումարները բավարարում են, որպեսզի ծածկեն արևային վահանակների տեղադրման 60 %-ը։ Քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամ Քրիստինա Կաստելսի խոսքով՝ օրենսդրությունը պահանջում է արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել հիմնականում նորակառույց շենքերում։ Հին շենքերը նոր կանոններիտակ չեն հայտնվում, սակայն քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամները համոզում են քաղաքացիներին արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել նաև հին շենքերի վրա, այդ նպատակով հատուկ այնպիսի վահանակներ են ներկրվում, որպեսզի քաղաքի տանիքների ընդհանուր տեսքը չխաթարվի։
Տանտերերից մեկը, որը իր երկու տների վրա 16 վահանակ է դրել հայտնել է, թե արդեն ամիսներ շարունակ ոչինչ չի վճարում էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար, մինչդեռ նախկինում այդ գումարը բավական զգալի էր։ Յուրաքանչյուր վահանակն արժե 750 եվրո Բարսելոնում, դրանք էլեկտրականություն են արտադրում ամեն օր և ընդամենը 5 տարվա ընթացքում այդ վահանակները վերադարձնում են բոլոր ծախսերը, ընդ որում արևային վահանակի աշխատանքի ժամկետը 30 տարի է։
Եթե խոսենք ընդհանուր Իսպանիայի մասով, ապա արդեն 2040 թվականին երկրի կառավարությունը ծրագրում է ողջ էլեկտրաէներգիան ստանալ վերականգնվող աղբյուրներից։ Թերևս այս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները, ինչպես նաև իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող հստակ գործողությունները անհրաժեշտություն են նաև Հայաստանի համար, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը» և հարկավոր է մեծապես ավելացնել արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալները։
