Ըստ Վարդանյանի՝ Արցախը հիմա կանգնած է չափազանց լուրջ մարտահրավերների առաջ

«Առաջնորդների խնդիրը պետք է լինի ժողովրդին համախմբել գաղափարի ու մեր միակ նպատակի շուրջ, ոգեշնչել սեփական ուժերի նկատմամբ, հավատ ու վստահություն ներշնչել»,-Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է այդ մասին գրել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում՝ նշելով, թե այս բարդ իրավիճակում անընդունելի է համարում պառակտողական օրակարգերի տարբեր լղոզված ձևակերպումների բարձրաձայնումը, որովհետև ավելի քան համոզված է, որ մենք կարող ենք, ի վիճակի ենք, բավարար ուժ ունենք պահպանելու Արցախը, մեր սերունդներին փոխանցելու անվտանգ, ազատ, արժանապատիվ հայկական Արցախը։
Ըստ Վարդանյանի՝ Արցախը հիմա կանգնած է չափազանց լուրջ մարտահրավերների առաջ և այլ ճանապարհ չկա, քան դրանց արժանապատվորեն դիմակայելը։ «Առաջնորդների խնդիրը պետք է լինի ժողովրդին համախմբել գաղափարի ու մեր միակ նպատակի շուրջ, ոգեշնչել սեփական ուժերի նկատմամբ հավատ ու վստահություն ներշնչել, քանի որ դժվար է հաղթել այն ժողովրդին, որը դիմակայում է ոգով և կամքով»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ու հավելել. «Ու հենց այդ ոգին ու կամքն է, որ մեր տղաներին մղեց արժանի հակահարված տալ մարտի 5-ի ադրբեջանական ահաբեկչական գործողություններին»։
Երեկ լրացել էր սպանված երեք ոստիկանների մահվան 7-րդ օրը։ Ըստ Վարդանյանի՝ նրանց հոգեհանգստի ու հուղարկավորության ժամանակ պետք է գերակայեն ոչ թե ընկճվածության ու սգի, այլ միավորվելու ու կուռ բռունցք դառնալու տրամադրությունները, նրանք մեզանից դա են պահանջելու, նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
Նա նաև նշել է, թե Արցախում բավարար չափով չեն գնահատել ռուս խաղաղապահների գործողությունները, որոնք առաջին օգնությունն էին ցուցաբերել մեր տղաներին ու դադարեցրել կրակը, ճշգրիտ տեղեկություններ էին հաղորդել իրադարձությունների մասին, ինչն այս իրավիճակում չափազանց կարևոր էր, փոխարենը նրանք հակառուսական ակցիաների թիրախ դարձան, արձանագրել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ հիշեցնելով Արցախում դեպքից հետո տեղի ունեցած ակցիաները, երբ մի խումբ անձինք ռուս խաղաղապահների կենտրոնակայանի առջև քաշքշուքներ և միջադեպեր են սադրել։
Թերևս Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարի այս հայտարարությունը վերաբերում էր ոչ միայն Արցախում տիրող տրամադրություններին, այլ նաև Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի՝ երեկ ասուլիսի ընթացքում արած բոլոր հայտարարություններին։ Ի վերջո, չափազանց կարևոր է, որ Արցախից ողջամիտ ձայն է հնչում այս պայմաններում։
