ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի 2023 թվականի մարտի 3-ի հանձնարարագրի հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետների կողմից հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտություն է իրականացվել ՀՀ քաղաք Երևան, Արշակունյաց 15 հասցեում գտնվող «Երևանի պահածոների գործարան» («Սուրմալու» տոնավաճառ) ՓԲ ընկերությունում՝ տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության պահանջների պահպանման նկատմամբ։
Իրականացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում նշված օբյեկտում հայտնաբերվել են տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի պահանջների բազմաթիվ խախտումներ։
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ տվյալ ընկերության կողմից նշված հասցեում գտնվող շենքերը և շինությունները շահագործվում են հրդեհային անվտանգության նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի պահանջների բազմաթիվ թերություններով և խախտումներով, որոնք կարող են անմիջականորեն և ուղղակի սպառնալիք ստեղծել հրդեհների առաջացման և մարդկանց անվտանգության համար, Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի կողմից կայացվել է ՀՀ քաղաք Երևան, Արշակունյաց 15 հասցեում գործունեություն ծավալող «Երևանի պահածոների գործարան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության աշխատանքներն ամբողջությամբ դադարեցնելու մասին որոշում՝ մինչև հայտնաբերված խախտումների վերացումը։
