Նախօրեին պարզվեց, որ Կալիֆոռնիայի Ֆինանսական պաշտպանության եւ նորարարությունների դեպարտամենտը փակել է ամերիկյան Silicon Valley Bank-ը (SVB): Վերջինիս ճգնաժամը սկսել է այն բանից հետո, երբ ավանդատուները որոշել էին հանել իրենց գումարները՝ անհանգստանալով բանկի հաշվեկշռով: Ի դեպ, նշվում է, որ Silicon Valley Bank-ը 2008 թվականի ֆինանսական ճգնաժամից ի վեր ԱՄՆ-ում փակված ամենամեծ բանկն է: Ըստ գնահատականների, SVB-ի հաճախորդներից շատերը եղել են վենչուրային կապիտալի հիմնադրամներ և ստարտափներ: Արդյունքում մասնավորաբար հազարավոր ստարտափներ հիմա լուրջ խնդիրների առջև են կանգնած:

Ամիրխանյանը շեշտեց, որ ուղղակի ազդեցությունը հասկանալու համար պետք է դիտարկենք հետսնանկացման զարգացումները. «Բանկի կապիտալը՝ բանկում ներդրված արժեթղթերը, ապահովագրելու բավականին մեծ պահանջ է առաջացել, որը հիմնականում ուղղված է ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարությանը:

Բացի այդ, Իլոն Մասկը գրառում է արել՝ չբացառելով, որ բանկն իր կողմից կարող է ձեռք բերվել ու դառնալ թվային բանկ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս ամենը կարծես ակտիվների վերակազմակերպման, սեփականության վերաբաշխման գործընթացի տպավորություն է թողնում»: Նման սցենարի դեպքում, ըստ փորձագետի, ազդեցության տեսանկյունից մեծ ցնցումներ կարող է և չլինեն, քանի որ ակտիվները կարող են երաշխավորվել անհատների կամ հենց ԱՄՆ-ի՝ պետության կողմից: «Միևնույն ժամանակ, չի բացառվում մեծ տուրբուլենտության, տատանողական իրավիճակի ստեղծումը, ինչն անմիջական ազդեցություն կունենա ֆինանսական շուկաների վրա: Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր ՏՏ ոլորտին, ապա որոշակի ռիսկային դաշտում կարող է հայտնվել: Հաշվի առնենք, որ խոսքը Սիլիկոնային հովտի խոշորագույն բանկի մասին է, իսկ թե՛ մեր, թե՛ աշխարհի ստարտափների 90 տոկոսը Սիլիկոնյան հովտում գրանցված ընկերություններ են, ու այս իմաստով կարող են խնդիրներ առաջանալ:

Այն, որ մեր ՏՏ ոլորտի համար ռիսկ կա, միանշանակ է: Ի՞նչ զարգացում կլինի, կախված է նրանից, թե բանկի ակտիվները, ի վերջո, որևէ երկրի կամ կազմակերպությունների կողմից կվերաերաշխավորվե՞ն, թե՞ ոչ: Ցանկացած պարագայում, եթե անգամ փոքր բացասական ազդեցություն լինի, հետևանքների առումով մեր ՏՏ ոլորտի համար ոչ թե նոր, այլ հերթական հարվածը կլինի. այդ դեպքում տարիների բավականին լուրջ աշխատանքի, տարածաշրջանում ՀՀ-ի՝ ՏՏ ոլորտի կայացվածության առումով առաջատար լինելու իմիջի տեսանկյունից անթույլատրելի ու ոչ ցանկալի սցենարների կարող ենք բախվել»,-եզրափակեց փորձագետը:
