Թուրքիայի Միջազգային բեռնափոխադրողների ասոցիացիայի (UND) ղեկավարի օգնական Քեմալ Գյուլը հայտարարել է, որ պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող ապրանքների՝ Թուրքիայի տարածքով դեպի Ռուսաստան տարանցման արգելքը կապված է Անկարայի կողմից ԵՄ պահանջներին համապատասխանելու հետ։ Նրա խոսքերը մեջբերում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
«Արգելքի որոշումը կայացվել է ԵՄ երկրների առևտրի նախարարություններից։ Ինչպես գիտեք, սահմանափակումների և պատժամիջոցային ապրանքների ցանկը պարբերաբար մեծանում է»,- ասել է նա։
Նա նշել է, որ այլ երկրներ բեռնատարների՝ Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելու համար տարանցիկ փաստաթղթեր չեն տրամադրում։ Թուրքիան նաև թույլ չի տալիս իր տարածքով բեռնատարների անցումը դեպի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն փաստաթղթերի բացակայության պատճառով։ Նա նաև հավելել է, որ Լեհաստանը փետրվարի 23-ից արգելել է թուրքական ապրանքների տարանցումը Բելառուս։
