Վերջին օրերին բավականին հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում մեր տարածաշրջանում և դրանից դուրս, որոնք էական ազդեցություն կարող են ունենալ Հայաստանի վրա
2 օր առաջ տեղի ունեցավ Իրան-Սաուդյան Արաբիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ պատմական համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը, որի «կնքահայրը» Չինաստանն է: Պետք չէ կարծել, որ երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերություններում միանգամից ձևավորվելու է վստահության մթնոլորտ, սակայն, վստահ եմ այստեղ չինական միջնորդությունը նաև որոշակի երաշխիքներ է տալու երկու կողմերին էլ և զսպաշապիկ հանդիսանա: Իր հերթին Իրանի համար սա հնարավորություն է առանց այդ էլ սահմանափակ ռեսուսրներն առավել արդյունավետ բաշխել՝ մասնավորապես հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ակտիվացող ախորժակն ընդդեմ Իրանի շահերի Հարավային Կովկասում՝ մասնավորապես Սյունիքում:
Ըստ էության, այս քայլով Չինաստանն արդեն դիրքավորվեց ոչ միայն որպես գլոբալ տնտեսություն, այլև գլոբալ միջնորդ այնպիսի խոշոր կոնֆլիտկերում, ինչպիսին է Իրան-ՍԱ կոնֆլիկտը: Մինչ այդ, նման մասշտաբի հաշտեցման գործընթացների՝ այն էլ Մերձավոր Արևելքում, հիմնական «կնքահայրը» մշտապես ԱՄՆ-ն է եղել:
Վաշինգտոնը բավականին զուսպ արտահայտվեց այս նախաձեռնության մասին, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ սա չի բխում Վաշինգտոնի և Իսրայելի՝ Իրանին մեկուսացնելու քաղաքականությունից: Ավելին, Սաուդյան Արաբիան համարվում է ԱՄՆ ամենից վստահելի դաշնակիցներից մեկը Մերձավոր Արևելքում հենց ընդդեմ Իրանի: Ի դեպ, վաշինգտոնյան որոշ քաղաքագիտական շրջանակներում բավականին հիմնավոր կարծիք կա, որ Չինաստանին առավել արդյունավետ հակակշռելու քաղաքականության համար անփոխարինելի է Իրանի հնարավոր դերակատարումը, և որ ԱՄՆ-ն պետք է Իրանի հետ հարաբերություններ կարգավորի նաև այս նպատակով: Չմոռանանք, որ Չինաստանի աճող ազդեցությունը զսպելը Բայդենի վարչակազմի թիվ մեկ արտաքին առաջնահերթությունն ու մարտահրավերն է:
Ստացվում է, որ Չինաստանն այս առումով մի քանի քայլ առաջ անցավ և առավել արագ գործեց: Նախ՝ Իրանին և Սաուդյան Արաբաիային բերելով իր խաղադաշտ՝ բարդացնելով Վաշինգտոնի գործը, զրկելով իր դեմ կոալիցիա ձևավորելու միանգամից երկու ճակատներում: Բնավ սա չի նշանակում, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիան իր դերն ու նշանակությունը Վաշինգտոնի համար փոխելու է, կամ հակառակը, սակայն Չինաստանի նկատմամբ և Պեկինի երաշխիքներով Թեհրանի նկատմամբ այլ տեսակի դիրքավորում է ունենալու:
Գանք Իրանին: Իհարկե չկա պատրանք, որ Իրանը վերջնականապես լուծել է իր խնդիրները Մերձավոր Արևելքում և այլևս ամեն ինչ կարգին է, սակայն հատկանշական է, որ հենց նույն օրը Իրանի ռազմական օդանավը թռիչքներ է իրականացնում և ըստ Ադրբեջանի խախտում է իր օդային տարածքը:
Սա, բնականաբար ցուցադրական դեմարշ էր, քանի որ Իրանը կարող էր նաև այլ ձևերով տեղեկություններ հայթայթել այդ տարածքների վերաբերյալ՝ ինքնաթիռ օդ հանելու փոխարեն: Իրականում, սրանով Իրանը Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային ցույց է տալիս, որ ունի լրացուցիչ դիվանագիտական երաշխիքներ և ավելի շատ հասանելի ռեսուրսներ այս տանդեմին Հարավային Կովկասում դիմակայելու համար:
