Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Դավիթ Բաբայանը տեսանյութ է տարածել իր էջում՝ գելով հետևյալը. «Հարցազրույց՝ բրիտանական հայտնի BBC ընկերության ադրբեջանական ծառայություն հետ: 

Խոսել ենք ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման, հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի, կարգավորման հեռանկարների մասին։ 

Հակամարտության կարգավորման գլխավոր ու միակ խոչընդոտը Ադրբեջանում պետական ​​գաղափարախոսության աստիճանի բարձրացված հայատյացությունն է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների ապագային և այսպես կոչված ինտեգրմանը, ընդգծեցի հետևյալը։ 

Ինտեգրումը ենթադրում է հետևյալ հիմնական բաղադրիչները՝ կողմերի իրավահավասարություն և կամավորություն։ Առանցքային կետերից է նաև հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը։ Մենք կողմ ենք Ադրբեջանի հետ հավասար հարաբերություններին.
