Երևանի ավագանին մարտի 15-ին նիստ կգումարի և կքննարկի Շառլ Ազնավուրի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշարձանի տեղադրման մասին նախագիծը։

Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ որոշման նախագծի մեջ նշվում է, որ հուշարձանը տեղադրվելու է Երևանի Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում․ «Հուշարձանի կրկնօրինակը տեղադրվելու է նաև Փարիզում, ինչը ժամանակակից քանդակագործությանը բնորոշ տարր հանդիսանալով՝ Երևանում դրվելիք արձանի նկատմամբ առավել մեծ հետաքրքրություն կառաջացնի»:

Բացի այդ, կիրականացվի Օգյուստ Ռոդենի՝ Ժյուլ Բաստիեն Լեպաժի արձանի տեղափոխումը Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակի մեկ այլ հատված։

«Լեպաժին նվիրված արձանը կշարունակի տեղակայված լինել սույն հրապարակի համապատասխան վայրում և կշրջափակվի անհրաժեշտ արգելապատնեշներով, որոնք քանդակը կապահովագրեն հնարավոր միջադեպերից: Նվիրաբերության պայմանագրով, որպես նվիրաբերության պայման, ի թիվս այլնի, արձանի տեղադրման վայր է նշվել Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակը, առանց հրապարակի որևէ հատվածի, այդ թվում՝ կենտրոնական հատվածի, մատնանշման, հետևաբար արձանի տեղափոխումը Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակի մի հատվածից մեկ այլ հատված չի հանգեցնում նվիրաբերության պայմանագրով նախատեսված պայմանի փոփոխության, հետևաբար և չի առաջացնում նվիրաբերողի համաձայնության անհրաժեշտություն։

Ներկայումս քանդակի՝ Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակի կենտրոնում տեղադրված լինելու հանգամանքը հանրությանը թույլ չի տալիս պատշաճ կերպով դիտել կամ ուսումնասիրել մեծարժեք ստեղծագործությունը, ինչը ևս նախատեսված է քանդակի նվիրատվության պայմանագրով: Այսպիսով, քանդակը մայթին ավելի մոտեցնելով, հանրությունն առավել հարմար և մոտ դիտակետից կարող է տեսնել Ռոդենի ստեղծագործությունը, ինչը, ներկայումս արձանի փոքր չափով պայմանավորված լինելով, հանրությանը գրեթե անտեսանելի է»,-նշվում է նախագծում։

Ըստ հրապարակված տեղեկության՝ որոշման ընդունման համար հիմք է հանդիսանում «Ազնավուր» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Քրիստինա Ազնավուրի փետրվարի 27-ի գրությունը, որով վերջինս առաջարկում է Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս, երգիչ, երգահան, պոետ, դերասան, հասարակական գործիչ Շառլ Ազնավուրի ծննդյան 100-ամյակին ընդառաջ՝ Երևան քաղաքում տեղադրել մեծանուն շանսոնյեի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշարձանը:
