Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գտնվելով Արցախում հիմա ավելի սուր եմ զգում այն ծրագրերի ու նպատակների իրագործման կարևորությունը, որի շուրջ միավորվել ենք տարիներ առաջ:
Արցախի շրջափակումը ցույց տվեց, որ կեղծ է այն պնդումը, թե հայն իբրև մտածում է միայն ուտելու մասին. ո'չ, հայը ունի մեծ պահանջ քննարկում ունենալու գաղափարների շուրջ: Հայը պետք է զգա ու տեսնի, որ ինքը կարևոր է, իր կարծիքը կարևոր է իր պետության ապագայի համար: Այսօր՝ ծանր իրավիճակը հաղթահարելու ու առաջ գնալու համար անհրաժեշտ է նախևառաջ ձևավորել հավատ ապագայի ու առաջնորդների հանդեպ, իսկ դա խանութներն ուտելիքով լցնելով չես կարող անել:
 
Առաջ գնալու համար չափազանց կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչ գաղափարի ու տեսլականի շուրջ ենք մենք միավորվում: Վստահ եմ՝ առանց գաղափարի ոչինչ չի ստացվի: Այս միջոցառումը կարևոր է հենց այդ հարցերի պատասխանները գտնելու համար:
 
Ըստ Կոնֆուցիոսի՝ կրթությունը առանց մտքի անիմաստ է, միտքը առանց կրթության՝ վտանգավոր: Մեզ պետք է գաղափարական ուժեղ հենք առաջ գնալու համար: Գաղափարն ու հանուն այդ գաղափարի պայքարն է, որ մեր ազգին առաջ է մղել ամենածանր ու անելանելի իրավիճակներում:
 
Մենք ունենք պատասխանատվություն մեր զոհված զինվորների, մեր ներկա և մեր գալիք սերունդների առջև.մենք նրանց պետք է փոխանցենք արժանապատիվ ու արժեքների վրա հիմնված ապագա։ Մենք պարտավոր ենք անել հնարավորն ու անհնարինը դա ստեղծելու համար:
