Լիբիան պատրաստ է Եվրոպային ապահովել արևայն էներգիայով

Աֆրիկյան պետություններից Լիբիան տասնամյակներ շարունակ հայտնի է եղել որպես նավթի առանցքային արտահանողներից մեկը։ Մինչև 2011 թվականը երկրում բռնկված քաղաքացիական պատերազմը, երբ Մուամար Քադաֆիին տապալեցին, Լիբիան 12-րդն էր աշխարհում նավթի արտահանմամբ՝ օրական մինչև 1,6 միլիոն բարել նավթ արտահանելով։ Միայն վերջին շրջանում Արևելքի և Արևմուտքի ուժերի միջև հրադադար հաստատելուց հետո, նավթի արդյունահանումը հաջողվել է հասցնել մինչև 1,2 միլիոն բարելի։
Այդուհանդերձ, նույնիսկ այն պայմաններում, երբ Լիբիան վաղուց ապահովել է իր նավթի և գազի պաշարները և արտահանում է դրանք նաև եվրոպական երկրներ, այդ երկիրը մտադիր է զարգացնել արևային էներգետիկան։ Լիբիայի ազգային միասնության կառավարության վարչապետ Ալ դը Բեյբան, լիբիա-գերմանական տնտեսական համաժողովին՝ Տրիպոլիում, հայտարարել է, թե իր երկիրը մտադիր է ապահովել եվրոպական երկրներին էլեկտրաէներգիայով, որն արտադրվում է արևի շնորհիվ։ Վստահեցնելով, որ Լիբիայում այլևս կայունություն է տիրում, նա կոչ է արել գերմանացի գործարարներին գալ Լիբիա և լուրջ ներդրումներ իրականացնել։
Գրեթե ամբողջ տարին արևի «տիրապետության» տակ գտնվող երկիրը ահռելի ռեսուրսներ և պոտենցիալ ունի արևային էներգիայի արտադրության առումով և անգամ լինելով նավթի առանցքային արդյունահանողներից մեկը, չի խորշում զարգացնել արևային էներգիան՝ հայտարարելով, թե այդ կերպ նաև նվազեցնում է էներգիայի ծախսերը իր սեփական քաղաքացիների համար։ Հատկապես այսօրինակը պետք է վարակիչ լինի Հայաստանի համար։ Մեր երկիրը, որը չունի արդյունահանվող վառելիքի որևէ ռեսուրս և ստիպված է մեծ քնակությամբ գազ և նավթ ներմուծել Հայաստան էներգիայի ստացման համար, կարիք ունի արևային էներգիայի արտադրության աճի։
Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», ուստի և առանցքային նշանակություն է ստանում արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումը։
