Միացյալ Նահանգները մնացել է չինական վահանակների հույսին
ECONOMICSՉինաստանից Միացյալ նահանգներ արևային վահանակների ներմուծումը կտրուկ աճ է գրանցել տևական ընդմիջումից հետո, որը ամերիկյան օրենսդրության պատճառով էր։ Ի վերջո Բայդենի վարչակազմում հասկացել են, որ արևային էներգետիկայի նախագծերի շինարարության դադարեցումները կարող են լուրջ հարված հասցնել իրենց քաղաքականությանը, և այժմ չինական այն ընկերությունները, որոնց արտադրած արևային վահանակները մնացել էին սահմանին կամ նավահանգիստներում, կամ էլ սպասում էին առաքումների թույլտվության, թույլատրվել է ներմուծել իրենց ապրանքներն ամերիկյան շուկա։
Խնդիրներ առաջացել էին չինական երեք արտադրողների մոտ, որոնք ապահովում են արևային վահանակների ամբողջ ծավալի մեկ երրորդը։ «Ռոյտերս» գործակալության տվյալներով միայն մեկ ընկերության՝ «Trina Solar»-ի արևային վահանակները 900 մեգավատ ծավալով անցել են մաքսատան տարածքով, դա բավարար է 150 հազար տներ էներգիայով ապահովելու համար։ Մաքսային խնդիրներից ազատվել և ամերիկյան շուկա մուտք գործելու թույլտվություն են ստացել նաև մեկ այլ՝ «JinKo Solar» ընկերության արևային վահանակները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռ հունիսին ԱՄՆ-ում օրենք ընդունվեց ույվուրների հարկադիր աշխատանքի պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ։ Ամերիկյան կողմը չինացիներին մեղադրում էր աշխատավորների իրավունքների պաշտպանության մեջ և արգելում արևային վահանակների ներմուծումը։
Իհարկե ույվուրների խնդիրը բացարձակապես պատրվակ էր, Միացյալ նահանգները իրականում ցանկանում էր Չինաստանին զրկել իր էներգետիկ քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղություններից մեկից, իսկ Միացյալ նահանգներում ավելացնել արևային վահանակների արտադրությունը, սակայն այս ամիսների ընթացքում այդ ուղղությամբ շոշափելի քայլեր չեն կատարվել, քանի որ արևային վահանակների, մարտկոցների և համապատասխան սարքավորումների արտադրությունը չափազանց աշխատատար և ծախսատար պրոցես է, իսկ Չինաստանում վաղուց այլևս այդ գործընթացը դրված է արդյունաբերական հիմքերի վրա։ Չինաստանն այսօր աշխարհու արևային վահանակների արտահանման գրեթե մենատերն է։
Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և մեր երկիրը ևս կարիք ունի լուրջ ներմուծում իրականացնել Չինաստանից, թեև տևական ժամանակ այդ ցուցանիշները բավական ցածր են։
