Վրաստանում բողոքի ցույցերի ժամանակ 66 մարդ է բերման ենթարկվել

Մանր խուլիգանության և ոստիկանության օրինական պահանջներին չենթարկվելու փաստերով Թբիլիսիի կենտրոնում Խորհրդարանի կողմից առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին օրինագծի դեմ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ բերման է ենթարկվել 66 մարդ, ասվում է Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ, գրում է Sputnik Georgia-ն։
«Տվյալ անձանց կողմից կատարված իրավախախտման փաստերը օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում կներկայացվեն դատարան»,- ասված է նախարարության հաղորդագրությունում։
Մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում՝ խորհրդարանի շենքի մոտ տեղի ունեցած կատաղի միջադեպերի առնչությամբ Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ն հետաքննություն է սկսել Քրեական օրենսգրքի «Հարձակում ոստիկանի, հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակցի» քրեակատարողական ծառայության կամ իշխանության այլ ներկայացուցչի, հանրային հիմնարկի վրա» և «Իրերի վնասում կամ ոչնչացում» հոդվածներով։
«Նախարարությունը համապատասխան իրավական գնահատական կտա բոլոր նրանց գործողություններին, ովքեր կազմակերպել են խաղաղ ցույցի վերածումը բռնի գործողությունների և նպաստել դրան», - ասվում է ՆԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Նախօրեին Ռուսթավելի պողոտայում իրավիճակը ծայրահեղ լարված էր։ Ցուցարարներից մի քանիսի և ոստիկանների միջև ժամանակ առ ժամանակ բախումներ էին լինում։
Ցուցարարները առարկաներ են նետել ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ, վնասել տարածքում կայանված մեքենաները, ինչպես նաև կանգառը։ Ի պատասխան՝ իրավապահներն օգտագործել են հատուկ տեխնիկա՝ ջրցան մեքենաներ, պղպեղ և արցունքաբեր գազ։
Ինչպես հայտարարել են Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ում, ցուցարարների բողոքի ձևը ստացել է ծայրահեղ բռնության բնույթ։
Գերատեսչության տվյալներով՝ ցուցարարները տարբեր առարկաներ, այդ թվում՝ դյուրավառ նյութեր են կիրառել ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցների դեմ։
