Արցախի կառավարության կողմից սահմանվել է  մանրածախ վաճառքում գտնվող  ապրանքի շրջանառության հատուկ կարգ, որը վերաբերում է նաև ապրանքի մանրածախ գնի առավելագույն սահմանաչափի որոշմանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը։

«Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված վիճակը և տնտեսական շրջափակման հետևանքով շուկայում իրացվող ապրանքատեսակների սղությունն ու գնագոյացման հետ կապված խնդիրները, տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների կողմից չարաշահման դեպքերը, 07․03․2023թ․ Արցախի Հանրապետության կողմից ընդունվել է ապրանքների շրջանառության հատուկ կարգ, որն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտները պետք է նախապես ԱՀ հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին ներկայացնեն այն ապրանքների ցանկը, որոնք նախատեսում են իրացնել, հանձնաժողովը դրանց համար սահմանելու է շուկայում իրացման առավելագույն գին, որը խախտելու դեպքում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտները ենթարկվելու են վարչական տույժի՝ 500․000-1․000․000 դրամի չափով։

Գործընթացի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն է իրականացվելու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, վարչակազմերի ղեկավարների, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի, Հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի և Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական տեսչությունների կառավարման կոմիտեի կողմից։
Այսօր և վաղը կկազմակերպվի տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին իրազեկելու գործընթացը, որից հետո Կառավարության կողմից սահմանված կարգը կիրառության մեջ կմտնի»։
