Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Իտալիայի նախկին վարչապետ Ջուզեպպե Կոնտեն կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի առաջին ամիսներին երկրի իշխանությունների գործողությունների վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով կասկածյալի կարգավիճակ է ստացել, քանզի կառավարությունը ժամանակին միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել Բերգամոյի մի շարք բնակավայրերում կարանտին մտցնելու համար, որտեղ գրանցվել է մահացության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշներից մեկը։

Բերգամո քաղաքի դատախազությունը կարծում է, որ իշխանությունները ժամանակին որոշում չեն կայացրել Բերգամոյի շրջանի մի շարք բնակավայրեր ներառել կարմիր գոտում այն բանից հետո, երբ այնտեղ հայտնաբերվել են վարակի առաջին դեպքերը, որն արդյունքում հանգեցրել է վարակի կտրուկ աճի։

Ինչո՞վ է այս նորությունը հատկանշանակ։

Հայաստանը կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի ժամանակ հատել էր սև ռեկորդակրի բոլոր սահմանները տարածաշրջանում և աշխարհում՝ մահացության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշով և հիվանդացություններով։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի առաջին իսկ օրերից կատակի էր տալիս և հանցավոր կերպով շարունակում իր՝ սահմանադրական խեղկատակության քարոզարշավը՝ «պինցետով հանելու ենք, արաղով դեզինֆեկցիա անենք, կորոնավիրուսն ում շունն է» հայտարարություններով և այլն։

Այսինքն՝ ընդդեմ կորոնավիրուսի համարժեք քայլեր չձեռնարկելու համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին լավագույն եվրոպական, քաղաքական, ժողովրդավարական ավանդույթներով արդեն իսկ կարելի էր քրեական գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ տալ, էլ չեմ ասում 44-օրյա պատերազմի և այլ արյունալի մեղքերի համար։

Ի՞նչ դասեր կարող է քաղել Հայաստանը։

1. Ոչինչ չի մոռացվում և ոչ մի ֆորս-մաժոր չի քողարկում պետական պաշտոնյայի ուղղակի պատասխանատվությունը կամ անպատասխանատվության համար արժանի քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվելը։

Նիկոլ, քեզ սպասվում են բազմաթիվ քրգործեր և «կորոնան» դրանցից մեկն է լինելու։

2. Կորոնավիրուսային պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն իր մեծամիտ տխմարությամբ բարեհաջող կերպով մահվան գիրկն ուղարկելով 10.000-ից ավել մարդ, հիմա փորձում է այդ մահաբերության և անգործության «լավագույն ավանդույթներով» դառնալ քաղաքապետ։

Տիգրան Ավինյանը նույն քրեական գործով դատվելու է, նաև կորոնավիրուսի պանդեմիայի համար։

3. Ժողովրդավար երկրներում շատ ավելի փոքր դեպքերով, քան նույն 44-օրյա պատերազմն էր, կառավարությունները ոչ միայն հրաժարական են տալիս, այլ դրանց քաղաքական ղեկավարներն առնվազն, դուրս են գալիս քաղաքականությունից, էլ չասեմ քրեական գործերի մասին։

Ի դեպ, Հունաստանում, վերջին ողբերգական պատահարից հետո բուռն քննարկվում է Կիրիակոս Միցոտակիսի կառավարության հրաժարականի հարցը»։
