Դոնեցկի ուղղությամբ հարձակման արդյունքում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերը վերահսկողության տակ են վերցրել հինգ բնակավայր։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն ՌԴ ԶՈւ ղեկավարության հետ թեմատիկ կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ։
Շոյգուն պարզաբանել է, որ ռուսական զորքերը վերահսկում են Նիկոլաևկան, Դվուրեչնոեն, Կրասնայա Գորան, Գրյանիկովկան և Պարսկովևկան, գրում է gazeta.ru-ն։
Նա նաև ասել է, որ Արտյոմովսկի (ուկրաինական անվանումը՝ Բախմուտ) համար մարտերը շարունակվում են։ Նա նշել է, որ քաղաքի գրավումը թույլ կտա հարձակում իրականացնել ուկրաինական զորքերի պաշտպանության խորքում։
«Այս քաղաքը կարևոր պաշտպանական հանգույց է Դոնբասում ուկրաինական զորքերի համար: Այն վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելը թույլ կտա հետագա հարձակողական գործողություններ իրականացնել Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի պաշտպանության խորքում»,- ասել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարը։
Ավելի վաղ ինքնահռչակ Դոնեցկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատարի խորհրդական Յան Գագինը հայտնել էր, որ ռուսական ուժերը վերահսկում են Արտյոմովսկի գրեթե կեսը։
