Թիմ ընկերությունների խումբը ձեռք է բերել «Գրանդ Հոթել Երևան» հյուրանոցը

6 մարտի, 2023 թ․, Երևան «Գրանդ Հոթել Երևան» հյուրանոցի նոր սեփականատեր է դարձել Թիմ ընկերությունների խումբը․ այս մասին հայտնել են իտալական Ռենկո ընկերության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Անդրեա Դելլասանտան և Թիմ ընկերությունների խմբի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Եսայանն այսօր կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսին։
Ամփոփելով նախորդ 25 տարիներին հյուրանոցի գործունեությունը՝ Անդրեա Դելլասանտան նշեց, որ այն Ռենկոյի պատմության մեջ նշանակալի դեր ունի։
«1998-ին հյուրանոցը ձեռք բերելուց հետո մենք նախաձեռնեցինք դրա վերակառուցումը՝ պահպանելով այն նախնական տեսքը, որն ունեցել էր այս պատմական շենքը։ Այս գործարքով հյուրանոցի պատմության մեջ նոր էջ է բացվում»։
2004 թվականին «Երևան» հյուրանոցը դարձել է «Գոլդեն Թուլիփ» հյուրանոցային ցանցի անդամ, իսկ 2013-ից մինչև 2016 թվականը միացել նույն ընտանիքի «Ռոյալ Թուլիփ» բարձրակարգ հյուրանոցների ցանցին որպես 5-աստղանի հյուրանոց և վերանվանվել «Ռոյալ Թուլիփ Գրանդ Հոթել Երևան»։ 2016 թվականից մինչ օրս հյուրանոցը մաս է կազմում Small Luxury Hotels of the World ցանցին և կոչվում «Գրանդ Հոթել Երևան»։
««Երևան» հյուրանոցը 95 տարի եղել է մեր մայրաքաղաքի խորհրդանիշը և այդպես էլ կմնա՝ շարունակելով ծառայել այն նպատակին, որի համար կառուցվել է։ Մենք անելու ենք ամեն ինչ հյուրերի բացառիկ փորձառությունն ապահովելու և նրանց երևանյան հանգիստը հիշարժան ու հաճելի դարձնելու համար»,- իր խոսքում ասաց Թիմ ընկերությունների խմբի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը՝ հավելելով, որ սեփականատիրոջ փոփոխությունից հետո հյուրանոցի անձնակազմի փոփոխություն չի նախատեսվում։
Նշենք, որ երկու ընկերությունների միջև գործարքն իրականացվել է Ակբա բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ։
Թիմ ընկերությունների խմբին են պատկանում նորարարական, ինժեներական ու տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ առաջարկող Team Telecom Armenia, Team Systems, Team Solutions, TeamPay ընկերությունները, ինչպես նաև Buy.am առցանց մոլը։
