Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 6-ին հրավիրել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստ՝ Ազգային ժողովի քաղաքական ուժերի և շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ:
Նիստը սկսելուց առաջ ներկաները նախ մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հոտնկայս հարգել են մարտի 5-ին ադրբեջանական դիվերսիայի հետևանքով ԱՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության զոհված ոստիկանների հիշատակը, այնուհետև նախագահ Հարությունյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ:
Երկրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակի հումանիտար և ենթակառուցվածքային խնդիրները քննարկելու նպատակով Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարության միջնորդությամբ և ներկայությամբ՝ փետրվարի 24-ին արցախյան կողմը հանդիպել է ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ: Ապա պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել երկրորդ հանդիպման կապակցությամբ, որը տեղի է ունեցել մարտի 1-ին՝ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սամվել Շահրամանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հանդիպումների օրակարգում չորս հարց էր՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի ապաշրջափակում, ՀՀ-ից Արցախ էլեկտրամատակարարման վերականգնում, բնական գազի անխափան մատակարարում և Կաշենի հանքավայրի վերաշահագործում:
«Երկրորդ հանդիպման ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը փորձել է քննարկել քաղաքական թեմաներ՝ օգտագործելով ինտեգրացիա բառը, սակայն պարոն Շահրամանյանը կանխել է՝ ասելով, որ եթե պետք է քննարկեն քաղաքական հարցեր, դա պետք է լինի Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման թեման: Նա հավելել է, որ քաղաքական հարցերի քննարկման համար իրենք լիազորված չեն և տվյալ հանդիպմանը չեն կարող քննարկել այդպիսի հարցեր»,- ասել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:
Երկրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ դրանից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը իր խողովակներով փոխանցել է մեզ, որ կամ ընդունում եք ինտեգրացիոն քաղաքականությունը, կամ առկա խնդիրներին որևէ լուծում չի լինելու, հակառակը՝ լինելու են ավելի կոշտ և կտրուկ քայլեր:
