Մարտի 5-ին ադրբեջանական զինուժի դիվերսիոն խմբի հարձակումից հետո հաջորդեց նաև ադրբեջանական կողմի ապատեղեկատվությունը, թե ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումները մարտի 5-ին կրակ են բացել Արցախի Հանրապետության Շուշիի շրջանի օկուպացված տարածքներում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, թե ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները կրակ են բացել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագոտու արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։

168.am-ը ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանից հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյո՞ք ադրբեջանական կողմը նման մեղադրանքներով փորձում է նոր սադրանքի հիմք ստեղծել: Ի պատասխան՝ փորձագետը շեշտեց, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սադրանքների գնալը ցանկացած պահի սպասելի է:

«Դեռ շրջափակման սկզբից էլ ակնհայտ էր՝ այդ ճանապարհը թշնամին վաղ թե ուշ թիրախավորելու է: Իրականում, մենք ցանկացած պահի էլ պետք է սպասենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից ինչ-որ սադրանքների գնալու փորձերի, որովհետև դրանից հետ պահող, դա զսպող միակ գործոնը զինված համարժեք պատասխան տալն է: Իսկ քանի որ այդ գործոնը, ըստ էության, վերացվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողությունների հետևանքով, այն է՝ ՊԲ կազմաքանդումը, պարզ է, որ թշնամին առանձնապես չի «նեղվում»:

Եթե նայեք միջադեպի տեսանյութը, երևում է, որ ադբեջանցիներն անթաքույց իջնում են հարձակվելու ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենայի վրա»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները սպասելի են, քանի որ նրանց վերջնանպատակն այս տարածաշրջանում հայկական ներկայությունը վերացնելն է, հայկական պետականությունը ոչնչացնելը:

Արդյո՞ք սա Ադրբեջանի՝ «անցակետերի տեղադրման» հերթական պահանջին միտված գործողություն է՝ հարցին էլ ռազմական փորձագետն արձագանքեց, որ ամեն հերթական պահանջի կատարում բերելու է նոր պահանջների:

«Եվ այդպես էլ արվում է. օրինակ, այժմ պահանջ է հնչեցվում՝ ադրբեջանցիների վերաբնակեցում ՀՀ տարածքում, ու դա առաջարկվում է անել թուրքական զորքի պաշտպանությամբ:

Քանի Հայաստանն ի վիճակի չէ իր անվտանգությունն ապահովել, Ադրբեջանն անընդհանտ այսպիսի ճնշումներ է անելու: Եթե տեսնեն, որ ինչ-որ պահի նոր լայնածավալ հարձակումով կարող են ինչ-որ բան պոկել, դա էլ կանեն»,- հավելեց նա:

Թե որքանո՞վ են ռուս խաղաղապահների գործողություններն ու ռուսական կողմի արձագանքները համարժեք ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ մեր վերջին հարցադրմանն ի պատասխան էլ՝ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը նշեց. «Ռուսական կողմը նախևառաջ չի կատարում իր ամենակարևոր ֆունկցիան՝ ճանապարհ բացելը, Արցախի ցամաքային կապը Հայաստանի հետ վերականգնելը:

Թե ինճ պատճառով չի կատարում՝ դա այլ հարց է: Իսկ Ադրբեջանը շատ լավ հասկանալով ՌԴ վիճակն Ուկրաինայում, օգտվում է պահից: ՌԴ-ն, շատ խառը լինելով այլ ճակատներում, բավականաչափ ուշադրություն չի դարձնում և ոչ էլ ունի բավարար ռեսուրսներ, Ադրբեջանը շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ ՌԴ-ն չի գնա Արցախում իրավիճակի սրման»:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ մարտի 5-ի առավոտյան՝ ժամը 10։00-ի սահմաններում, ադրբեջանական զինուժի դիվերսիոն խմբի կողմից «Խայփալու» կոչվող տեղանքում ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության անձնակազմի հերթափոխի մեքենայի թիրախավորման հետևանքով զոհվել է ոստիկանության 3 ծառայող և վիրավորվել մեկ այլ ծառայող:
