Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում  նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է փետրվարրի 28-ին Ստեփանակերտ Գորիս ավտոճանարհի 85-րդ կմ հատվածում  տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացածների ինքնությունը:

Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ պարզվել է, որ մահացածները Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչներ 49-ամյա Ավետիք Օսեյանն է և 21-ամյա Հայկազ Առաքելյանը:

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների ավտոմեքենան վարել է Ա. Օսեյանը և վթարը տեղի է ունեցել փետրվարի 27-ին, ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, իսկ տեղի ունեցած վթարի մասին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգել է Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Ա. Շեգունցը: 

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, փետրվարի 28-ին ողբերգական ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 15։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար Ծառայության 911 Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ավտոճանապարհի Տեղ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում ավտոմեքենան մոտ 350 մետր գլորվերով, հայտնվել էր ձորում։ 

Ոստիկաններն ու հրշեջ-փրկարարները մետաղի ջարդոնի վերածված Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերել էին 2 դի։
