Հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը հստակ է՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը պետք է ապաշրջափակվի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության համապատասխան: Հայկական կողմի հստակ դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ այնտեղ անցակետեր չպետք է տեղադրվեն, որովհետև նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթում չկա անցակետերի մասին դրույթ: Այս մասին այսօր խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ պատասխանելով լրագրողի՝ Լաչինի միջանցքում ռենտգեն սարքերի տեղադրման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման մասին հարցին՝ ասաց ՔՊ պատգամավոր Լիլիթ Մինասյանը:
«Մնացած դետալային քննարկումներն այժմ տեղի են ունենում Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ ձևաչափով, և նաև ռուս խաղաղապահների ներգործությամբ»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:
Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե Հայաստանը որքանով է տեղյակ Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ բանակցություններից, Լիլիթ Մինասյանն ասաց, որ հայաստանյան իշխանություններն Արցախի գործընկերների հետ պարբերաբար շփումների մեջ են և տեղեկացված են գործընթացներից:
Այն հարցին, թե տեսահսկող սարքերը, որոնք պետք է Լաչինի միջանցքում բեռները ստուգելու համար, որոնց մասին նաև նշել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը, ովքեր են վերահսկելու այդ ռենտգեն սարքը: Լիլիթ Մինասյանն արձագանքելով այս հարցին ասաց, որ ոչ մի տեղ հստակ նշում չի եղել, որ որոշում է կայացվել:
«Անգամ ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների երկխոսության ընթացքում նման պնդում չի արվել, որ որոշում է կայացվել: Կան քննարկումներ, թե ինչ ձևաչափով ապահովեն Լաչինով հումանիտար նշանակությամբ բեռների տեղափոխումը, և ոչ թե այլ բեռների: Բայց, այդ քննարկումների արդյունքում դեռ որոշում չի կայացվել»,- ասաց ՔՊ պատգամավորը:
