Կտեղաբաշխվեն 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար և 3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով պարտատոմսեր

Ակբա բանկը 2023 թվականի մարտի 1-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի մայիսի 31-ը ներառյալ հրապարակային առաջարկով տեղաբաշխում է 5.000.000 (հինգ միլիոն) ԱՄՆ դոլար և 3.000.000.000 (երեք միլիարդ) ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով, տարեկան՝ համապատասխանաբար 5% և 11.50% եկամտաբերությամբ արժեկտրոնային ոչ փաստաթղթային պարտատոմսեր: Շրջանառության ժամկետը 36 ամիս է։
ՀՀ դրամի դեպքում մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը կազմում է 100.000 (մեկ հարյուր հազար) ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ ԱՄՆ դոլարի դեպքում՝ 100 (մեկ հարյուր) ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման համար ներդրողները պետք է լրացնեն և Ակբա բանկ ներկայացնեն պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման հայտեր։

«Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ բանկի թողարկած անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից:
