Ոգեշնչված գործարար կանանցով․ Ակբա բանկը Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական Բանկի հետ մեկնարկել է ֆինանսական աջակցության նոր նախագիծ, որի նպատակն է ամրապնդել բիզնեսում կին գործարարների ներգրավվածությունը։

«Մենք կարծում ենք, որ երկրի մակարդակով ունենք շատ մեծ պահուստային պոտենցիալ։ Պետք է խրախուսել կանանց, օժանդակել, ցույց տալ որոշակի հնարավորություններ և այդ հնարավորություններից օգտվելու եղանակը։ Ակբա բանկը իր միջոցառումների շարքով, բոլոր գործողություններով փորձում է այդ ամենը իրականություն դարձնել»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի բիզնես գործառույթների համակարգման գծով գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արսեն Մելքոնյանը:

«ՎԶԵԲ-ը կարևորում է գենդերային հավասարությունն անցումային գործընթացում և հենց մեզ մոտ էլ ղեկավար պաշտոններում շատ են կանայք։ ՎԶԵԲ-ը ձգտում է աջակցություն տրամադրել կանանց կողմից կառավարվող փոքր ու միջին ձեռներեցությանը, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան տնտեսական աճ ապահովել, ստեղծել աշխատատեղեր, զարգացնել իրենց հմտությունները և հենց այս նպատակով սկսեցինք աջակցության «Կանայք բիզնեսում» ծրագիրը»,- նշել է Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական Բանկի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ջորջ Ախալկացին։

«Կանայք բիզնեսում» ծրագրի շրջանակում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների կին ղեկավարների համար կիրականացվեն նաև մենթորինգ, բիզնես դասընթացներ, խորհրդատվություն՝ բիզնեսում կանանց ոգեշնչելու և նոր գաղափարներ իրագործելու նպատակով։
