ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի այցը Բաքու հասկանալի հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել և´ «Լաչինի միջանցքի» ճգնաժամի, և´ ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների, և´ տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների համատեքստում:
Որքան էլ ուշադրություն կա Բաքվում Լավրովի հնչեցվող հայտարարությունների և, մասնավորապես, նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության շրջանակներում միջանցքում անցակետ նախատեսված չլինելու շուրջ, դժվար է չհիշել 2020 թվականի հետպատերազմյան փուլում Ադրբեջանի պահվածքը:
Իսկ ինչի նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթում գրված է՞ր, որ Ադրբեջանը 2022-ի գարնանը, 2022-ի դեկտեմբերից մինչ այժմ պետք է տարբեր միջոցներով խափանի ՀՀ-ից Արցախ գազամատակարարումը կամ 2023-ին ահաբեկչության միջոցով շարքից հանի ՀՀ-Արցախ էլեկրագիծը:
Միգուցե եռակողմ փաստաթղթում ամրագրված էր 2022-ի ապրիլին Փառուխ գյուղի, ապա Քարագլուխ լեռնաշղթայի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական առաջխաղացումը կամ նույն թվականի օգոստոսին մի քանի ռազմավարական բարձունքների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական հարձակումները, որոնց հետևանքով Արցախը և´ մարդկային, և´ տարածքային կորուստներ ունեցավ:
Ադրբեջանը նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունն իրականացնում է խիստ ընտրողաբար և փաստաթղթի դրույթների պահպանման նկատմամբ վաղուց վստահություն չկա:
Այնպես որ, որևէ երաշխիք չեմ տեսնում, որ միջանցքում անցակետերի հարցը վերջնական դուրս կբերվի օրակարգից, մանավանդ, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը այն տարբեր ձևակերպումներով շարունակում է պնդել:
Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ ներկայումս օրակարգում է նույն միջանցքում ռենտգեն սարքի տեղակայման հարցը, որի մասին ամիսներ շարունակ բանակցում են Արցախի ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները և որի մասին Բաքվում անուղղակի նշեց նաև ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը. սա ևս ամրագրված չէր հայտնի փաստաթղթում:
