«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայաստանը, փաստորեն, այն աստիճանի պրոբլեմ, խնդիր և հազարումի ցավ չունեցող երկիր է, որ երկրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, կնոջ հետ, կարող է իրեն թույլ տալ թիկնազորքով կամ ոստիկանավաշտերով շրջապատված ֆռֆռալ, խաշած եգիպտացորեն, նույն ինքը՝ «կուկուռուզ» կրծել, Գյումրու կենտրոնում կարկանդակ, նույն ինքը՝ «պեռաշկի» կծել, անդարդ խնդալ և այլն: Հա, ու այդ ամենը նկարել, զետեղել համացանցում:

Դա էլ, երևի այն բանի համար, որ կիրակի օրով համացանցված հանրույթը ասել-խոսելու, տժժալ-ղժժալու բան ունենա: Ո՛չ թշնամական սպառնալիքներ կան, ո՛չ տնտեսական ու սոցիալական թնջուկված խնդիրներ, ո՛չ հազարավոր զինվորականների զոհվելու համար է պատասխանատու, ո՛չ Արցախի մեծ մասը թշնամուն զիջելու մեջ մեղք ունի, ոչ էլ՝ ՀՀ տարածքի մի քանի տասնյակ քառակուսի կիլոմետր հանձնելու: Ի՜նչ է եղել, որ... Շրջափակված Արցախի բեկորները ռուսների վրա է թողել, Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը՝ եվրոպական դիտորդների, ինքն էլ Գյումրի է գնում, վայելում է կյանքը, պաշտոնը, «պեռաշկին», «կուկուռուզը»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի շրջափակմանը, ապա օրերս իշխանական քարոզչությունն ու ոչ միայն իշխանականները խիստ ոգևորվել էին ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի, նույն ինքը՝ Հաագայի դատարանի որոշմամբ, որով մասամբ բավարարվել էր Հայաստանի պահանջը, այն է՝ պարտավորեցնել, որ Ադրբեջանը դադարեցնի Արցախի շրջափակումը: Դա մի 5 օր առաջ էր: Արժե՞ ասել, որ շրջափակումը չի դադարեցվել: Թերևս արժե, քանի որ շատերին թվացել է, թե՝ վերջ, «արդեն ճամփան բացեցին»: Հաագայի դատարանի այդ որոշումն, իհարկե, կարևոր է:

Ճանապարհն էլ կբացվի երևի թե: Բայց եթե Հայաստանի ու Արցախի իշխանությունները հույսները միայն դրա վրա են դրել, իսկ Երևանում հենց դրա վրա են իրոք հույս դրել, ապա դա ընդամենը «թղթե շերեփ» է: Կարելի է ասել՝ ևս մեկը՝ «թղթե շերեփների» հավաքածուի մեջ: Ի դեպ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա քպական խումբը հենց միայն «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» մասին են խոսում: Դա ներկայացվում է այնպես, թե՝ ստորագրվում է ու վերջ, խաղաղություն է լինում: Նման պատրանքներ ունեցողներին և այդ պատրանքներից անիմաստ ոգևորվողներին թեթևակի արժե հիշեցնել, որ կոնկրետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կոնկրետ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ համաձայնագիր է կնքել ա) 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին, պայմանավորվածություններ է ստորագրել նաև բ) 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին, գ) նոյեմբերի 26-ին և դ) 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ին:

Դրանք ոչ միայն հայավնաս փաստաթղթեր են, այլև «թղթե շերեփներ»: Բոլոր այդ ստորագրումներից հետո Ադրբեջանը խախտել է բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները, շարունակել է ագրեսիան, զավթումները և թշնամական քայլերը, ինչն, ի դեպ, բացարձակապես սպասելի էր: Տեսնես այդ ինչո՞ւ պիտի Ալիևը Հաագայի դատարանի որոշումը կատարի կամ թեկուզ «խաղաղության պայմանագիր» պահի: Հա՜, երևի եգիպտացորենի կրծված կողրի տեսքից պիտի սարսափի:
