Ես կատեգորիկ համաձայն չեմ այս մտքի հետ: Այս մասին Արցախի հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ պատասխանելով լրագրողի դիտարկմանը՝ կա այնպիսի բան, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հանձնում էր Արցախը, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը եկավ և չթողեց հանձնել Արցախը, փոխանցում է Tert.am-ը:

«Համոզված եմ, որ Արցախի ղեկավարության մեջ չկան մարդիկ, ովքեր կցանկանային հանձնել Արցախը, բայց և խորապես համոզված եմ, որ, ցավոք սրտի, Արցախի ղեկավարությունը չի հասկանում՝ ինչ է նշանակում պայքարել, չկա 24/7 պայքարելու պատրաստակամություն, չկա պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու և շատ դժվար որոշումներ կայացնելու պատրաստակամություն»,- ասաց Վարդանյանը:

Նա նշեց՝ իր բացթողումներից է, որ չի կարողացել հասկացնել՝ սա Սարդարապատ է: «Սա ռազմական դրություն է, գրաքննություն է, շատ գործողությունների սահմանափակում է: Եթե խոսենք Արայիկ Վլադիմիրովիչի հետ մեր հակասություների մասին, ես այս իրավիճակին նայեցի որպես արտակարգ իրավիճակ, նա ավելի շատ իրավիճակը դիտարկում է սովորական կյանք՝ քիչ թե շատ կրիտիկական վիճակում: Նրա համար կարևոր են քաղաքական դասավորությունները, ինձ համար շատ պարզ էր՝ ունենք ծայրահեղ իրավիճակ և շատ քիչ հնարավորություններ փրկվելու, որպեսզի կարողանանք հաղթել, պետք է համախմբել և կենտրոնացնել բոլոր ուժերը: Ես արտակարգ դրության մեջ եմ եղել, ղեկավարության մի մասը, այդ թվում՝ նախագահը ապրել է մի իրավիճակում, երբ համարել է, այո, վատ վիճակ է, բայց դա այնքան էլ այնպես չէ, ես մի փոքր չափազանցնում եմ», ասաց Վարդանյանը, ապա հավելեց. «Ես ապրում եմ Սարդարապատի մոդելով, նա (Արայիկ Հարությունյանը- խմբ.) քաղաքական բանակցությունների»:
